1. Ads bugged?

   I have had only one ad (Pandora me) for the past week. Ive heard it so many times it literally getting to the point where I do not want to even open this app. Please fix this I cannot listen to that ad one more time its hurting my brain. Just give me a different ad. I do not want pandora.

3. CAC login issues with Ads

   I use a Common Access Card(CAC) for work. For those that don't know what it is, it is a government ID for government employees, contractors, and militants. Over the last week, there have been three instances where entire streams have stopped working because some ads cause a CAC login screen to popup. This is a very big security issue as these ads could possibly cause individuals DODIDs to be exposed by accident. I don't know if any other people are having this issue but, it happens.

5. when an ad plays, another ad plays in the window for the stream

   its only happened a couple of times, but when an ad plays, the smaller window that opens in the top left above chat for the stream just plays another ad

6. Fix Advertising Bugs

   I have consistently had buggy ads for over SIX months.
   The ads will roll very intrusively as usual in the middle of the best parts of streams and causing you not to hear or see the stream. Throw on top of those advertising some bugs and it becomes unbearable to even watch any stream.

   I’ve been experiencing bugs in the middle of ads, to where the ad will glitch out pause to a black screen, not allow me to play the stream for 30 secs or more. Once stream comes back after 5 secs it will throw me back into watching ads.

   Another thing that happens is when the ads finish and it’s trying to transition back to the stream it glitch’s out to a black screen and it’s 50/50 on weather it will go to another round of ads or back to the stream.
   I’ve also came into streams getting a single pre-roll then it glitch’s out after ad plays and turns it any where from 3-10 ads

   Overall the advertisements have not only been intrusive but they are causing major glitches within the app. The problem has only gotten worse with the new update I will refer to as the “TwitchTok Update” since it so closely resembles a for you page. Which has only caused a poor experience, with streams pausing any time you want to browse other streamers. You can not see your follow list easily or a thumbnail of what the stream looks like. You’ll be watch say Kai’s stream and randomly with the “TwitchTok” update it will glitch me into other streams, causing you to have to go back to the stream you were watching and getting another pre-roll.

   Please take my words into consideration and improve the ad glitching, revert TwitchTok and fix the additional bugs that have come with this poor update.

7. Spanish ads in Poland. Improve ads targeting

   There is huge issue with Twitch targeting ads. In Poland there is massive amount of Spanish ads. Issue exists for couple of months. Please improve ads targeting and stop displaying worthless ads that no-one understand in Poland

8. preroll ads abuse

   are you all actually aware that preroll ads can easy be abused to generate ad watches all day long?

   since there is no option for reporting bugs in the contact support formular, i've to write that here

   i also already reported the issue that makes this abuse possible in multiple ways but it gets only worse:
   if you get an preroll ad, let the ad run, then press pause and play in the twitch player or refresh the page to get rid of the stream delay caused by that preroll ad, and you will just get another preroll add

   so now, setup an autoclicker via browser extension or 3rd party tool that presses F5 every 35sec or something like that, open a channel where you get an preroll ad, start your autoclicker, go to work or do whatever else and let the autoclicker run preroll ads all day long

   are you all actually aware that preroll ads can easy be abused to generate ad watches all day long?

9. Ads dont work

   Ads never play for me because i dont allow them through my software and cause the stream to pause until i refresh the page. this is causing a terrible click through rate for you and i cant support streamers. please fix

10. No ads with no adblocker and such

    I don't know why this system classifies it as an idea, but anyway, I don't use any adblockers or stuff like that, but I don't get ads on any of the platforms, please look into this, I cannot be the only one not seeing ads at all even when the streamer triggers them manually. Something is wrong here and I have no idea how to fix it.

11. Stop playing more ads than listed

    Twitch frequently plays one ad more than it says it will (eg. plays 3 when the ad counter in the top right corner says 2).

12. Video pop out Opera

    When an ad is played, as they have already said, the stream is paused, but it is more annoying when it is being viewed in pop out video, because when you return to the page, the pop out video option is disabled, so you have to reload the page, with a possible extra ad when page reloads
    I use the Opera browser

13. I'll give you a chance to fix this on your end, before more legal avenues are considered.

    1. Viewers with recurring subscriptions (Tier 1-3) are being interrupted with ads, despite your company's claim of AD-FREE VIEWING for subscribers. (Honestly it feels like I'm just a regular follower at this point.)

    2. Other livestream chatters who are also subscribed have not experienced this issue; it seems to affect only a handful of accounts.

    3. I HAVE DONE THE BASIC REFRESH AND UPDATE OF ALL BROWSERS AND EXTENSIONS ON THE VARIOUS PLATFORMS I UTILIZE, and the issue is still not resolved.

    4. There may be a BUG associated with the last Twitch App update. As I have done everything I can to rectify the situation on my end, this is most likely where the problem is occurring as this disruption is only recent (2 days ago).

    5. A ticket has been made and submitted. I would appreciate a non-automated response on this matter. If you need more time to investigate the issue, please mention so if that is the case.

    6. I really want to avoid submitting a claim to the BBB regarding questionable practices on your company's part.

    Thank you for understanding. I know ad revenue is a thing for your business, but the promise of ad-free viewing for dedicated subscribers is just as much a thing. The whole point of conducting business in this matter is to avoid ads, I pay for this service, and I expect Twitch to uphold their end of the agreement.

15. CHANGE THE WORDING OF TEXT BELOW ADS (CURRENTLY PLAYING)

    Please change the wording of ads on mobile (I don't know what this wording looks like on desktop haven't seen one yet).
    When an ad is playing, below the player i get a text notification that says, "USERNAME is taking an ad break; stick around to support the stream!

    In my opinion, it sounds like you are blaming the streamer for running an ad.
    Please update it to something neutral like this:
    "An ad is currently playing; stick around to enjoy USERNAME'S stream!

    It doesn't give much incentive to force ads on my community if they know it is me specifically triggering them.

16. Bugs when using ipad

    There is an issue with dragging the video scrub bar, it is not following the position where the finger is dragging to, tends to be very buggy.
    There is a recent problem with the mobile application as well where the vod will restart after an advertisement which is very annoying.

    PUBG MOBILE category ads got bug.
    i manually open ads, but not shown out.
    i went to other streamer to check, all streamer pre roll ads,disable pre roll ads. not out. only when i go to other category it will show. fix it

19. Os ADs estão constantemente travando no último segundo

    Recentemente todas as exibições de anúncio que venho recebido durante as transmissões estão congelando no último segundo do vídeo, não retornando a Livestream em nenhum momento. Acabo tendo que fechar o app e abrir novamente, ou seja, recebendo novos ADs como se o algoritmo não tivesse computado a visualização dos anúncios e multiplicando o número em seguida.

20. annoying bug of audio delay due to advertisements

    fix the annoying bug that when a commercial starts the audio is delayed a lot and when the commercial ends the audio stream is delayed by about 1 minute depending on the number of commercials, which forces you to pause the stream and play it again.
