2. 2FA Sms does not arrive - possible fix?

   Hey everyone.

   I was one of those poor souls that couldnt 2FA their accounts (to start affiliate onboarding for example) as the sms to set my number up never arrived.

   Everything was tested and tried - nothing worked. Though, i was able to receive SMS from Twitch to verify my Number/account, but the sms for the 2FA never arrived anyhow.

   Today, ive tried it again but the Sms did not arrive as always.

   I was SO frustrated, that ive randomely put 7 digits in the field and pressed enter - of course, an error message popped up.

   But this time, i was so frustrated that i angrily clicked the "Send new code"- Button in the error message window and 4 Secs later, that darn code arrived AND WORKED.

   Maybe coincidence, Maybe not - try it and i hope it works for you too!

3. Fix problems regarding phone numbers being unable to be linked

   I've seen me and other people having issues regarding linking their phone number to their twitch account. This includes not being able to continue after clicking the "Confirm" button multiple times even after reloading the website/app multiple times as well as not receiving a code even AFTER trying to resend code and so on.

4. Login code should send to email OR phone for new devices, instead of just email

   i recently got a new pc, meaning i dont have my old email or its login that was made so long ago, you'd think that having your phone number connected would let you use that instead of email for the login code, but there isnt an option for that, genuinely kinda annoying im not gonna lie

   Changing my phone number is extremely difficult. I didn't realize that the twitch team was this incompetent. Stop asking for verification using phone numbers. I need to change mine but you sent me here. So here I am. Change this stupid setting.

    Hello, I would like to ask whether your company's automated moderation system or human moderators have made any improvements in understanding the structure and meaning of the Mandarin Chinese language over time.

    During my years of using Twitch, I have witnessed a significant number of Mandarin Chinese users receiving permanent bans, possibly due to misunderstandings or misinterpretations of Chinese vocabulary or phrases by your moderation system or staff. Even after submitting appeals, the process seems ineffective, leaving users with no choice but to wait helplessly for six months before another opportunity arises.

    For example, when a streamer is playing a game...
    …facing a monster in the game, an excited viewer types "砍死他" (which means "slash/kill it" in the game context).
    This is just one example—there are many more similar cases

    However, due to a lack of understanding of the subtle differences in the Mandarin Chinese language, your moderation system or staff might misinterpret this statement as violent or harmful speech directed at humans, streamers, or chat users, rather than recognizing it as a normal expression of excitement in the game. This could lead to an unjustified permanent ban.

    I would like to know whether your company has taken steps to improve the accuracy of automated moderation for Chinese users to prevent such misunderstandings.

    And as a user from Taiwan, I am aware that there is only one Twitch employee left who can communicate with regular users like us. However, with just one person, I believe their authority is limited and may not be sufficient to assist with the various difficulties that Taiwanese users encounter.

    Of course, I am not merely trying to express how unfortunate it is for Chinese-speaking users. It seems that the text moderation system has issues with misunderstandings or misinterpretations across multiple languages.

    just watching many friends on the internet disappear one by one, permanently banned without a clear reason, and gradually feeling a sense of disappointment toward Twitch.

    The appeal system feels like a mere scarecrow—it's just there to let you know it exists, but it has no real effect.

    I here to tell you people who own twitch this days - what you are all horrible - I dont get how you even get yourself into this business - it is literally impossible. How many people lose they accounts because you and your 2fa forced on us Authy app - is destroying everyone's sanity. I can't login - anybody cant change they number, there is multiple people who report it every day - you got no live support like on Kick- and some of you twitch fan boy's even dare to tell what kick is a rip off of twitch. The only thing good about twitch - its website - thats it. But it is a legacy of a really strong and talented people who basically gift you this website. Now this platform being own by brain dead pieces of *, who can't get - what if you cant log in into your account - why the * do you got an email - but if you a partner or affiliate - you can't get into it. And the only thing you do - like your twitch moderators and ambassadors its flexing on this gaming community - how much power you have. How many of your moderators react to it = right = ZERO.

    Hear how we ask you to just remove this 2fa trash and give us an option to enter by email. FOR **** SAKE.

    I've been locked out of my account due to not remembering my password and have been ignored for over two months, try to password reset and says "something went wrong" (Pixel 6 and on Chromebook) and now have to use a brothers account

    現状Twitchではアフィリエイトになるとチャンネルポイントの活用やスタンプが登録できるのですが広告を絶対に流さなくてはいけません。ですが、それだと新規の視聴者が付いてくれなくなるので配信者側が月額を払うなどしてアフィリエイトでも広告を流さなくても済むような機能が欲しいです。

    Мою подругу заблокировали и отклонили её заявление о разблокировки по причине "Подозрительные махинации с выводом денежных средств" учитывая то, что она НЕ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАЛА свой аккаунт с 3 ноября, блокировка произошла 2 декабря.     Предлагаю уже внести все композиции из серии star wars John Williams в исключение и разрешение использования на стриме, даже если идет стрим не по теме звездные войны, так как всем этим композициям более 50 лет... а значит такие композиции считаются народным достоянием и могут свободно использоваться на стриме. Кроме того, я фанат звездных войн, и хотелось бы чтобы меня не лишали такой атмосферы погружения стримов, из-за правил dmca из за композиций которые в свободном доступе... Пример - я удалил трансляцию на которой был момент - на экране паузы играла мелодия cantina band star wars а мне приглушили звук VOD ссылаясь на третьих лиц... это беспредел.. но я проверял 2 способами - везде пишет что нет нарушений авторских прав..
