Fix 2FA bug where Twitch says my number is already used I have tried for quite a stretch of time to get my mobile phone number accepted by Twitch, yet still no luck, due to Twitch saying I already used my mobile number to verify an account before. Fix The Prime Loot Menu When using Chrome and clicking on the Prime Loot menu, you can use the X to close out each individual item under the "For You, Games, Ending Soon" categories, but you can never clear the list completely. Whatever item is the last item in the list, it stays there and you can't close it...ever. This is really annoying to us OCD-ers. Please allow us to close out all the items and display an all caught up message just like the notifications area.

Use discretionary usernames for new sign ups and for people who don't stream It is next to impossible to change to a new username for two reasons:
- The majority of user accounts are people that view only and don't want to stream. There are 140 million active users and only 7 million streamers!!!
- It takes forever for an inactive or closed account to release the username, much longer than the "advertised" 6 months, and it's been already 8 years since you said you'll do something about it.
A good idea would be to use aliases/discretionary usernames for existing and new users that are not affiliate/partner (active streamers), like discord with the #xxxx. Once…

Clarify username change limitations before sign up When creating my account, I was stuck on what username to use. Twitch showed a message during the sign up which said something like "Don't worry, you can change this later."
So I thought, ok I'll just put anything for now, and once my account is set up, I can change it to something else.
But after I finished making my account, I went to the settings to find I had to wait 2 months before I could change my name!
I feel like I was provided some false reassurance and now I'm stuck for 2 months with a name…

Profile picture is blank and the pictures aren't showing Please fix the account view where in the mobile view the it doesn't show a profile, picture and everything is messed up indluding some pictures that are shown with broken photo icons.

Tax Information Accessibility As it stands, there is not a way for banned (wrongfully or otherwise) streamers to access their tax information. Banned streamers can only access the appeals portal, meaning, even if they use taxcentral.amazon.com, they can not view/download or access their tax information. Few Ideas, please read : ) I have a few ideas that I think would be great changes to the username system. To start off I believe the "4 letter" name rule is far outdated I don't see an issue with 3 letter names being allowed, some user already have 3 letter names (I.E. XqC, ABE,Pat,Red) so it's 100% doable. Another change that I think would be great is to allow more characters/symbols in names, such as ( ' - ~ / \ | ) ETC. Allow disputing phone number useage I have had my phone number for over a year now and I am unable to use to due to the fact that whoever had it before has it registered to THEIR account. When I contact support after having explained that the account the number is currently connected to isn't mine and I don't know the person, they tell me to VERIFY THAT THE ACCOUNT WITH THE NUMBER IS MINE.
Please. Upgrade your support and make it easier for people to claim THEIR PHONE NUMBERS.

Suspension regarding inappropriate usernames Before suspending users with inappropriate names, could you instead give them a 5 day warning to change? The suspension without warning seems very unnecessary if a person has had it for the longest time and suddenly got suspended. I believe lots of people could stop clogging suspension appeals with this, especially those who aren't genuine trouble makers with their names and people deserve second chances! importing contacts and social syncing If someone has my email, phone number (optional of course), twitter username, instagram username, snapchat, facebook, youtube, or discord id etc, I would love for these people to be able to find my twitch profile with in the twitch eco system and not have to leave the site to try to find me
Every other social profile I've had in my life time, has had an option to "import" contacts, I would love to see this be a native feature on twitch to help organic discoverability.4 votes -
Being able to log in via an Amazon account It would be nice to be able to log in via the connected Amazon account. Another thing would also be to automatically change the twitch e-mail when the Amazon one gets changed/updated.
