Tax Information Accessibility
As it stands, there is not a way for banned (wrongfully or otherwise) streamers to access their tax information. Banned streamers can only access the appeals portal, meaning, even if they use taxcentral.amazon.com, they can not view/download or access their tax information. If you are not going to mail 1099's then you must fix this issue and provide a means for banned streamers to rightfully access their tax documents, withholding tax information is illegal and each grievance filed for failure to do so is $250, there is also no HR or Billing information provided nor is there an option to get in touch with someone to resolve this unless, again, you can login. Hopefully you will resolve this issue soon.

There is currently no way for a banned user to access their tax documents, or request a mailed copy be sent, without logging in, which, they can't do.
Tax information is only available to those with an ability to access their account, not the appeals portal, which banned streamers are immediately directed to.
Even taxcentral.amazon.com requires that the individual requesting access to their tax forms be able to sign in to Twitch to view and download their forms, streamers who are banned are immediately redirected to the appeals portal when trying to sign in on this site, leaving them with yet another way they can't access their 1099/tax information.
There is literally no possible way for a wrongfully (or rightfully) banned streamer to obtain the forms necessary to file their taxes.
There is also no contact information available to banned streamers, and no possible way to email regarding this matter (affiliates and partners must sign in to email Twitch support, which again, banned streamers can't do) there is no way via the appeals portal to remedy this, no contact info for HR or billing, or any department that could potentially help someone who is banned and looking to, at the very least, have their tax info mailed to them.
Just because a streamer is banned doesn't mean they should be denied access to their tax information, failing to provide a means to obtain one's 1099, and failing to respond to their requests constitutes as withholding of tax information, which, is illegal, and every grievance filed with the IRS from this is a $250 fine, that ads up, and if enough are filed, the IRS may audit the company.
Banned streamers shouldn't have to file an extension, submit grievances with the IRS and send multiple emails and twitter message to no avail, it's bad enough you lock them out of an ability to screenshot DM's and Chat Logs which demonstrate harassment and targeted attacks/being reported and banned based on your gender/sexual orientation and race, but denying them an ability to access tax info too? I hope you all are able to remedy this soon.
