Better account verification steps when you forget your password I forgot the password to my account and didn't receive a single password reset email. I tried to verify my account through customer support but they said they couldn't verify it. Being as I don't have any of the information they request linked to my account other than my email it's a bit redundant. If there was a way of verifying via linked account such as a PlayStation Network account, or via a Discord account, it could make the whole process much easier.

Smaller Emails I feel like Twitch sends out emails with an excessive amount of HTML in them. HTML emails are fine, but let's all try to keep things to a sane level.

Submit twitch.tv for HSTS preloading Please submit twitch.tv for HSTS preloading (https://hstspreload.org/?domain=twitch.tv). This will help force the users' browsers to connect to the website using only HTTPS, even if they have never visited the website before.

Logout on Close I would like for an option within security to log out of the application every time it is closed. I don't like keeping things logged in and forget to logout from time to time.

Have the ability to remove CJK display names Many people did it without thinking and while I agree they should have did some research before setting it to something stupid for it to look cool for like 3 seconds. I would just make a new account honestly if it didnt mean losing so many stuff gained over the years of streaming and chatting and watching people.

Verify someone owns the email address they sign up with, before creating the account I currently get regular spam from this site as people sign up using my email address, and I have to delete the accounts myself.
It would be better (and standard practice) to force the email verification to be a mandatory part of account creation.

After username was changed show an url or redirect the users the new user channel I renamed my user from kozakagamer to kozaka. Everything went fine, just the old https://www.twitch.tv/kozakagamer is not working now (Time machine missing :) ).
So, my idea is, that maybe it would be good, that in case rename an url should be show which points to the new page or the user should be redirected to the new. Maybe just for 60 days?
This way, if an viewer comes over fore example a stored url, and want to find me, he could easily find my channel without any guessing what the new name would be.

Allow multiple accounts or services (YouTube, Twitter, etc.) to be connected simultaneously to the same Twitch channel. I have a shared Twitch channel and we upload Highlights to 2 different YouTube channels. It would be incredibly helpful if we could connect a Twitch channel to 2 YouTube accounts at the same time.
At the moment, the only thing we can do is manually connect and disconnect both YouTube channels every time we want to upload a Highlight to the other account.

Add a feature to block/hide content by specific language tags Hello, Twitch Team.
Please add an official feature that allows users to block or put specific language tags into a "blacklist."
Currently, we can only filter content by choosing languages we want to see (whitelist), but we cannot completely hide streams in languages we do not want to see in our recommendations, sidebars, or browse sections.
Having a dedicated "Language Blocklist" in the settings would significantly improve user experience, keeping recommendations relevant and safer for users who wish to completely avoid content in specific languages.

gifs Fix the ongoing issue with GIFs in chats. I've spoken with customer support multiple times and they don't care or want to fix anything. Sometimes a GIF works and others it doesn't at all. Again, don't roll out new updates that are broken. Everyone is irritated with this issue and it is across all platforms (PC, mobile, etc). Please make sure stuff is working properly before rolling out new updates. This bug of selective GIFs only being sent is doing nothing but frustrate and enrage the consumers. Please fix your bugs as soon as you can.

Option to reset or remove Channel Points for unfollowed or specific users As a streamer, I would love to have a feature to reset or manage Channel Points for specific users, especially when they unfollow the channel.Currently, when a viewer unfollows, they keep all their earned Channel Points. If they return later, they can instantly redeem expensive rewards, which can sometimes be used to disrupt the stream or bypass the community structure. Mod Anniversary dates - incorrect tracking As of today, mod appreciation, we got to pop a new fancy mod anniversay in the channels we moderate for. Immediately, several fellow moderators in many different channels all noticed the dates calculated were incorrect for the length of time we have been a moderator in those channels.

Stop Changing User Set Notifications!!! When a user sets a notification, it's what the user wants, LEAVE IT SET THAT WAY, and stop changing the notifications, or using the BS lie about 'streamlining' the services.
Twitch ONLY EVER DROPS NOTIFICATIONS on ADULT STREAMERS.
Gamers, or Just Chatting streamers, notification setting never change. But anyone with any Adult related content on their other platforms, the notifications keep getting changed by Twitch.
STOP IT.

if sms message dont work or your carrier doesnt allow them make email optional if you cant get a phone verification sms message or is being blocked by carrier for some reason.. allow email verification with a code to work for phone verifications instead..

Store creator dashboard and moderator layouts to the user. Store creator dashboard and moderator layouts to the user. Currently, the layouts are saved in cookies which means that after a PC restart, or switching to a different device, the layout is refreshed back to the default. Ideally, it can be stored by device by user, but understandably this can be difficult to identify and manage. But, storing at least a default layout would be ideal versus just the twitch default on a new session.

A Favourite Following List As of right now, Twitch show the full following list of the people that are live. But it'd be very nice to have a "Favorite" following list so that I see the people that are my favorite.
