Stop shadow banning without notifying the user I think I just got shadow banned. The only thing that tipped me off was being invisible in chat all of a sudden. I checked, and no formal actions have been taken against my account. I am careful to follow community chat guidelines, and it's a big deal to me to be a positive presence in chat. I don't use abusive language or bots. I don't spam. I don't even stream, I'm just a viewer. Shadow banning is illegal in some countries, so I'm going to look into statutes around this to see if it's even allowed in the US.

correo electronico equivocado Muy buenas TWITCH, les escribo, ya que quiero arreglar un problema con mi cuenta ya que al iniciar sesion se me olvidó de poner un apellido de mi correo electrónico y resulta qué a ir a verificar mi cuenta, para poder escribir en algun chat , lo he mirado y no es mi correo.
Quería arreglarlo para poder escribir en chats de algunos stramers.
Espero que me respondais y que lo arregleis por favor y muchas gracias.

Reappearing notification about cookies. I keep receiving notifications regarding my cookies, both in OBS, and the web-browsers Firefox and Vivaldi (Chromium).
Every time when the web-browser or OBS is restarted the cookies needs to be accepted once again!
How do I get the cookie notifications to stop on Twitch after accepting them, just as cookies works on other websites?

Prime Loot links should be tied to Amazon region Currently, if a user is logged in to multiple Amazon accounts (in my case, I am always logged in to amazon.com and amazon.co.jp because I live in Japan), Prime Loot links take me to my amazon.com account and say I am not a Prime member. However, my Prime is with amazon.co.jp and that is what is linked to Twitch. I often can't claim certain loot without logging out of amazon.com and clearing cookies with forces me to re-authenticate on every single website I use. Twitch should know my region and should default to the Amazon account where I have linked…

Error submitting number Consistently and annoyingly often I receive “unexpected errors” or similar when requesting password reset (which leads to me not being able to reset password for DAYS) or most recently being unable to simply add and verify my mobile number. It’s ridiculous and needs to be fixed. I cannot chat in some chats because they are verify only. Fix the whole app.

Option for support regarding accidental unfollows pre confirmation. I emailed support a while ago and was told that developers are working on the idea. I was hoping if we could get support on reinstating follow dates that were accidently lost before unfollow confirmation was implemented. Many people accidently unfollowed accounts or lost following so lost their follow dates and by providing proof people should be able to reinstate these dates. Thanks!

Smaller Emails I feel like Twitch sends out emails with an excessive amount of HTML in them. HTML emails are fine, but let's all try to keep things to a sane level.

Remove inappropriate letter combinations in activation codes When activating my Twitch account on my Xbox One, I received a code to enter in at twitch.tv/activate that began with "***". Inappropriate combinations of letters should not be included in activation codes.

Fix the Time it takes and process to reactivate account You need to implement a faster way to reactivate accounts, currently it takes up to 2 weeks, which i find absolutly rediculoius, twitter and fb are instant, your process looser streamers money and views and subs having to wait for so long, what happens if somone did it by accident, fix this major floor

Add a place to see ignored users This idea is already available via third-party websites but it'd be nice to have it implemented on the website because often times I will accidentally click ignore on someones name and not realize it.
