imagine thinking this update is ok !!! PSA: android users can use an older version from apkmirror. use the 'apk' download, not the 'bundle'. google 'twitch apkmirror' and spread the word until they fix this.
twitch's corporate structure must be so incredibly disorganized to come to this decision. if there's any possible way someone may know a way to talk to the higher-ups to actually get this through to twitch, that will most likely be required.

Twitch APP ruined watching VODs, rollback feature I EXCLUSIVELY watch VODs and there used to be a section called “continue watching” on the home page. This was quick and instant. Now, I have to manually type in my favorite streamer because it doesn’t show the one I’m subscribed to first for whatever reason, go to their previous broadcast, scroll down, and then click. What a waste!

アプリ The recent changes to the home tab of the iOS app are incredibly inconvenient.
At the very least, I wish they would allow us to sort and display the list of followed streamers by viewer count, like before.

Undo the update. If I want to watch TikTok I will watch TikTok.
The fact that if you wish to check out who else is live whilst watching a streamer only to automatically pause the current stream when looking at the list is nothing short of irritating.

Allow users to see previews and titles of their followed channels At the moment titles of streams and thumbnails cannot be viewed from the follower list. Probably because the approvers of the latest app iteration are less intelligent than the average sea urchin.

Add a filter to the list of follows With the new update, the filter to the streamers I follow has disappeared. They are now filtered from the one I’m watching the most to the one I’m watching the least (I’m not even sure).
Please add back the filter to class the streamers I follow with their number of viewers

pip mode i want to watch PIP mode stream without pause. it pauses sometimes even there was no mobile data disconnection and i have to play it manually whenever it happened. let me watch pip mode twitch stream without pause.. please fix this problem thank you

Siri Voice Commands on iOS/iPhone/iPad Please add support for Siri voice commands, such as Rewind and Fast Forward, when watching videos on demand. For example, “Hey Siri, Rewind 30 seconds”, or “Hey Siri, Fast Forward two minutes.”
Currently that can only be done with on-screen buttons but the app doesn’t support those Siri commands. Siri responds with “Sorry I couldn’t go back” or “Sorry I couldn’t skip this”. A good example of how this SHOULD work is the native iOS Podcasts app.

Mobile Subscriptions Allow us to sub on mobile for the same price as on the desktop. There should be no reason this wasn't how it was on release.

Language tags stay When browsing on mobile, i have to reset my language tag EVERY new category i look through. It would be great if they would stay, just like on Desktop site. I only speak/read English and having to trudge through searching for English can get very tiredsome and eventually i give up and don't even watch anything until i get back to my PC.
Also, why 2 English tags, with no distiction between them. I understand one is Brittish/UK English and the other American English, but they both only say "English". There's really not much difference between the 2 either and…

CHAT WHILE STREAMING ON PHONE I do a lot of streaming directly through my phone on the twitch app. It would be nice to have the option to type in chat while streaming on my phone.

Bluetooth audio The YouTube app has background code that synchronizes the Bluetooth audio and video, it would be great if the twitch app did this, seen as how manufacturers are moving away from the 3.5mm jack.
Everyone is starting to use Bluetooth earbuds, and there is a good 0.5 sec delay.

twitch on ios entirely unusable since the most recent update twitch mobile has been unusable. not only is the ui clunky now, i cant even see half of it. i cant see the pinned messages on a stream, i cant see the stream title, there are huge gaps between chat messages for seemingly no reason, and sometimes icons completely disappear. you can go to type a message the the send button will be completely gone. the channel points button also disappears. sometimes i reload the stream and all i get is audio, no stream. reloding the app seems to just make it worse.

Better Stream Streak Notifications Need better Stream Streak notifications. I have had multiple instances of having a high stream streak being rest because of one missed stream, all because A. I didn’t get the going live notification or B. I never got a notification that my stream streak was in trouble of being reset. These should be customizable per channel like the going live notifications.

“Gift Panel” is stupid and needs to go! Why would anyone want additional UI when going full screen? It stays even if you use no chat mode and just takes up screen space and blocks part of the content you are actually trying to watch. If someone cared enough to donate they would just un-fullscreen. For story/singleplayer games it’s impossible to get immersed with the stream when you have stupid buttons staring you down for no reason.
JUST REMOVE IT AND STOP MAKING UNNECESSARY UNWANTED CHANGES!

Bring back Audio Only mode Why has the Audio Only feature been removed?
I listen to music via the Twitch app while at work, while driving, while exercising, even while watching sport or playing games. I can't have my screen unlocked that whole time nor can I have the video feed playing. My phone won't handle it, nor will my coworkers (I use headphones when in the office).
I thought the whole point of the DJ programme was to open up Twitch and support a community for those that want to play and/or listen to music. So why has Twitch removed the Audio Only feature?

Please respond to the overwhelming negative feedback on app redesign The users have spoken, and the consensus is that this mobile UI update is overwhelmingly disliked. This isn't just a situation where people are upset because it's different, they're upset because it's genuinely not a good experience.
I'm not even sure how this helps streamers, viewers or Twitch. If people are infinitely scrolling through streams, they're not cheering bits, subscribing, or watching ads. It just uses up bandwidth without generating any revenue.What was the objective of rolling this out to a small user base early for feedback if you just ignore the feedback and roll it out anyway? Home page shows only one of the followed channels at a time and scrolling down is laggy. Just show me the full list with one climpse!
It gets even worse when you watch something and come back by scrolling right of the page to the middle of screen, suddenly your "homepage" view is a suggested channels view, which by the way is giving really bad suggestions. I do not want to see random 50 viewer streamers even if they would play the same game that I enjoy. I would much rather just see…
