BUG:- Vod Save Toggle The VOD Toggle Is present in the mobile Twitch App for Android however while I'm streaming I keep assuming that at the end of the stream the VOD Will be present on my channel
However whether this is a regional thing or not I sent feedback about this at the end of each stream and all of a sudden the twitch app started saving VODS for My Friend in the USA so I started streaming and made sure the toggle was on but alas nope my stream VOD's in EUROPE are not being saved at all ???

Bring back the "Following Since" date to Mobile Chat User Cards! The recent mobile app update that removed the "Following Since" date from chat user cards has made it incredibly difficult to connect with my community. As a mobile user, I relied heavily on clicking a chatter's name to instantly see their followage time. This was my main way to recognize, celebrate, and properly greet true, long-time fans when they typed in chat.
Manually looking up follow dates via slow chat commands completely kills the natural flow of talking to viewers. Please bring back public follow dates to mobile user cards so we can keep building strong, welcoming communities on the…

Enough with these garbage popups How about y all retards stop polluting my screen with all these popups that take like half the screen and minutes to disappear. I dont care about watch streaks rewards subtember or any such garbage i just want to watch the stream without having to reach to the screen every 2 minutes to close one of these. If u cant help urselves then at least make them 5x smaller and 10x faster ******* inbreds

Allow users to hide GIFS GIFs are making chat unreadable. Twitch already has their own form of GIFs in animated emotes, and it’s worked peacefully for years already. We don’t need GIFs. Please allow users to mute GIFs without also muting animated emotes.

Bug in Android app, wont start streams if audio only is selected as default If you select audio only as default, next time you open a stream, it wont open/play with a black loading, also no chat is loading for 5 seconds or more.
You cant play any streams anymore until you deslect audio only, video loads, and then you can select audio only.
This bug was introduced a few weeks ago in the Android app.How to reporduce:
- open android twitch app
- open a stream
- stream is now playing
- set the stream to audio only
- stop the stream, close twitch app, audio only is now saved as default
- open the twitch app again
- …

Streamers could provide a channel-specific animated or static background/banner that occupies only the unused letterbox area, without covering or altering the actual stream.
Twitch could also offer automatic modes that derive colours, gradients, patterns or subtle motion from the current stream or the channel’s branding.

Power hungry/Battery drain Twitch gulps far too much battery, even when playing purely in the background.
Twitch accounted for near 15% of battery usage (1h on screen, 44m background), whilst YouTube (livestream) accounted for 3% usage (1h on screen, 3h background).
Twitch’s mauling through battery at this pace is highly unacceptable and unusual for a video streaming app.
Brand new iPhone 17 pro max, battery health 100%.
