Power hungry/Battery drain
Twitch gulps far too much battery, even when playing purely in the background.
Twitch accounted for near 15% of battery usage (1h on screen, 44m background), whilst YouTube (livestream) accounted for 3% usage (1h on screen, 3h background).
Twitch’s mauling through battery at this pace is highly unacceptable and unusual for a video streaming app.
Brand new iPhone 17 pro max, battery health 100%.
