Recent update is extremely buggy Current iOS app version is extremely buggy.
- Following tab will frequently jitter around at a rapid rate requiring a restart
- chat messages sometimes frequently don’t render. Rotating to wide view and back will render those chats
- pinned and banners often don’t render
- at times all stream control functions disappear. Unable to pause, zoom, exit, etc. requires restart.
- attempting to view a stream after being in chat only can sometimes not start the stream requiring a restart.
None of these bugs existed before the recent update. I am beginning to look for an alternative app.

Pnp cuts audio iOS user - pnp cuts audio when I open an app that uses a camera, I’d listen to streams when doing inspections that require images to be taken, now audio/stream fully stops, when previously it’d grey out the pnp but audio could be toggled back on.

The follow list is broken cause of that update and the emote list is unusably tiny. Revert it back and stop force pushing broken updates out on people that nobody wants.

When loading chat as a mod, the “use more tools in mod view” popup always appears. Fix the mobile app so it doesn’t show the mod tools CTA every time I open chat as a Mod.

Please revert the font. This update is incredibly straining on the eyes. The new typeface on the homepage is incredibly ******* the eyes, and genuinely makes the app unusable.

iPhoneでTwitchを使用中、他のフォロー中チャンネルが配信を開始しても、以前は表示されていたアプリ内のオーバーレイ通知が出なくなりました。通知センターへのプッシュ通知は正常に届いています。通知設定はオンで、対象チャンネルの通知も常時に変更しましたが改善しません。アプリのアップデート後から発生したように感じています。アプリ内通知が表示されない不具合の可能性があるため、確認をお願いします。英語版
I would like to report a bug in the Twitch iPhone app.
While using Twitch, I no longer receive the in app overlay notification when another followed channel goes live. In the past, this overlay appeared near the bottom of the screen, but now it no longer shows. Push notifications in the iPhone Notification Center are still working normally. My notification settings are enabled, and I also changed the followed channel notification setting to always, but the issue did not improve. It seems to have started after a recent app update. [Regression] video playback quality identifiers missing on auto Version: Twitch V31.3.4 (262680250331365874)
When auto option of playback quality is selected it does not show what quality is actually selected. It used to next to auto.

twitch on ios entirely unusable since the most recent update twitch mobile has been unusable. not only is the ui clunky now, i cant even see half of it. i cant see the pinned messages on a stream, i cant see the stream title, there are huge gaps between chat messages for seemingly no reason, and sometimes icons completely disappear. you can go to type a message the the send button will be completely gone. the channel points button also disappears. sometimes i reload the stream and all i get is audio, no stream. reloding the app seems to just make it worse.

Rotating I rotate the phone to be able to see anything and when picking up the phone back to vertical mode it blacks out the chat and I’m unable to click in the on the keyboard, sometimes I can rotate and rotate back to have it reappear but it should not do this. extremely annoying when u want to chat and it’s not letting you

31.3.0 Emote menu padding and send button feedback The updated emote menu in version 31.3.0 is not size-optimised and can only show 2.5 rows of emotes at a time.
You also can't send the message while being in the emote menu which is super odd, cuz the button for sending the message is visible and looks to be clickable, but clicking on it just closes the emote menu (and closes the keyboard altogether) and moves the send button to the bottom of the screen. Get rid of the Novig adds. They are hyper sexualized and should not be just shoved in my face. It is ridiculous that an entire nude add can be just forced on you like that. Please either remove it or give an option to opt out of vulgar content like that.

※ただし視聴者数の 1万人以上の場合の4桁目まで毎回ちゃんと表示されるようになったのは良かった（以前までは、たまーに4桁目まで表示されたが、ほとんど1万とか2万とか3万 としか表示されなかった）

31.3.0 Following tab is now in device's light/dark mode Before update 31.3.0, all tabs under the "Home" tab were in dark mode, regardless of what your device is set to. Now in version 31.3.0, Live and clips tabs are in dark mode but Following tab is in your device's mode. As someone who uses light mode, this new transition from black to white is very jarring. It also stutters in the transition which can cause photosensitive seizures.
Please change the Following tab back to dark mode like the rest of the tabs under Home.2 votes -
