   Hallo,

   ich bin als Android-Betatester angemeldet und habe einige Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Twitch-App, insbesondere hinsichtlich Akkulaufzeit, Performance und Bedienung:

   1. Komplett schwarzes Design (#000000) für OLED-Displays.
   2. OLED-optimierte Chat-Ansicht.
   3. Option, Emotes im Chat auszublenden (nur Text).
   4. Schnellere Umschaltung der Streamqualität.
   5. Werbung vorladen, damit Streams während Werbeeinblendungen nicht hängen.
   6. Anpassung an 24/30/60/120 Hz.
   7. Modus „Maximale Akkulaufzeit“ (360p, 30 FPS, vereinfachter Chat, AMOLED-Schwarz, reduzierte Hintergrundaktivität).
   8. Favorisierte Streamer anpinnen.
   9. Vollständige Unterstützung von Material You.
   10. Hintergrundprozesse reduzieren.
   11. Weniger häufige Synchronisierung von Benachrichtigungen.
   12. Keine Hintergrundaktualisierung für empfohlene Streams.
   13. Nutzung des AV1-Codecs auf unterstützten Geräten.
   14. „Ultra Battery Mode“ (Audio-Only, Chat deaktiviert, Empfehlungen ausgeblendet, Animationen deaktiviert, Hintergrunddaten minimiert).
   15. HDR manuell ein- und ausschaltbar machen.
   16. Möglichkeit, GIFs und animierte Emotes vollständig zu deaktivieren.
   17. „Leichter Chat“ mit nur Text und statischen Emotes.

   Außerdem fällt auf, dass die Android-App im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Streaming-Apps relativ viel Akku verbraucht. Zusätzliche Optimierungen bei der Video-Wiedergabe, dem Chat sowie den Hintergrundaktivitäten wären aus meiner Sicht sehr hilfreich.

3. New update made UI unresponsive and buggy

   Almost a week ago, Twitch mobile has been updated. From what I could tell, the new update consists of a revamped interface for the chat and VOD/Live player, now those look a bit "nicer".

   Honestly, I wouldn't have any issues if it the same aesthetics were also implemented to the rest of the app's UI, which otherwise feels dissonant and unfinished. But somehow I am able to understand this move, updating everything at once would cause a bigger backlash from the community, or even the missing parts were left undone because it would be better to implement and fix issues on the "greater" part of Twitch, the watching and chatting experience.

   But that is not the main issue I would like to discuss. As mentioned, fixing occasional bugs is a very important step to be taken after any software is released/updated, however, such is reliant on user feedback most of the time. That is why, I would like to address the elephant in the room:
   - Most of the player's buttons either lag to or don't respond at all to the touch, which is a bit unnerving to deal with;
   - When you use the button which flips the display orientation, the screen goes dark with only Twitch's logo being shown, this keeps on for almost a second, and then it proceeds to be switched – this completely interrupts the user experience!;
   - The "double tap to switch chat mode" command, on landscape, sometimes doesn't work properly when activated;
   - At random the player gets muted, it happens more oftenly on PiP mode.

   I also would like to include in this submission a suggestion of mine. Some time ago, the issue including the fitting of the video in the smartphone screen had been fixed – personally, I enjoyed it because all room in my display would be used. Then, a week or so after, the change was reverted (I assume because someone published a complaint on it, since not all mobile displays are the same). So I suggest a toggle to be added for the settings menu, which would enable ignoring the front camera notch while positioning the video on-screen, in a way the final user would be able to adjust it accordingly to their desired experience.

   Lastly, I would like to show my appreciation for the devs. Thank you very much for all your hard work!

5. Tiempo visualización: En directo

   En el apartado en directo, esta forma que esta echa para conocer nuevos streamer, me encantaría que quitasen el tiempo de visualización, es decir solo deja ver el stream durante un tiempo determinado, me encantaría que ese tiempo no estuviese y puedas verlo de forma indefinida al gusto del consumidor.

   Hey everyone,

   I recently came back from Egypt and wanted to share my experience since it might help others planning a trip. I booked through Nile Cruise and used one of their Egypt Nile Cruise Packages for a trip between Luxor and Aswan.

7. Options to Delay the stream

   Hey, do you guys think its good idea for users to have option to delay the live stream in a range of minute or two. Sometime we do have watch along streams of the live matches and when user streams they are usually delayed or ahead that destroys the whole purpose of watch along live matches. Problem is with the broadcaster mostly and devices/services used by users. Thoughts?

8. Video

   Does anyone even read this or does anything get done about it?
   For months now twitch streams are unbearable with constant rewinding and catching up, but I also notice I don’t have these issues while actively subscribed to the streamer. And other than chat messages not showing up on iOS, these problems have nothing to do with my phone or cellular service as I used to be able to watch streams with none of these issues.
   Also having to log in multiple times for concerns via browser (especially with redundant 2 factor bs!) as opposed to the app is all sorts of nonsense…

   Does anyone even read this or does anything get done about it?

10. Duplicated word bug on resub function

    Je suis abonné à une personne sur twitch "twitch.tv/terracid". Et quand je clique sur "Poursuivre l'abonnement", ce message apparait dans le gui. 'Abonné(e) à Terracid pendant 2 mois, dont 1 mois mois d'abonnement consécutifs. Prochain anniversaire d’abonnement le 10 juil. (dans 30 jours)'. Le mot "mois" apparait deux fois.

15. 360p mobile

    When using PiP (picture in picture) on android mobile, I will sometimes have the resolution capped to 180p/360p as if the screen is still tiny. This can remain even after switching to twitch full screen. (I think the bug is maybe if I turn off and on my phone while keeping the PiP active.)

16. Fix the mobile ios live for streamers

    Fix the mobile ios live. Somehow when you go live it looks upright to the streamer but to the viewers you are flipped and upside down. So now the streamer has to flip their phone and read chat upside down. Either make it to where you can rotate your screen while live or fix this error. Also add alerts

    Tier 2およびTier 3サブスクリプションについて、改善のご提案をお送りいたします。

    現在のTier 2・Tier 3は、配信者をより支援したい視聴者向けの仕組みとして素晴らしいものですが、Tier 1と比較した際に料金差に見合うメリットを感じにくい状況だと考えています。

    エモートの追加やGIFエモートなどの機能は歓迎されますが、月額料金が大幅に上がることを考えると、多くのユーザーにとってアップグレードの決め手にはなりにくいように感じます。

    そこで、Tier 2・Tier 3限定のプラットフォーム共通特典として、以下のような機能の導入をご検討いただけないでしょうか。

    ・広告の大幅削減または完全非表示
    ・チャンネルポイント獲得倍率の上昇
    ・限定プロフィール装飾やバッジ
    ・チャット機能の拡張
    ・VOD視聴時の追加特典
    ・チャンネルを問わず利用できる共通特典
    ...etc
    やはり月額2〜3倍以上払っているのに特典がないのはやるメリットがないように感じてしまいます。知り合いだからしているとかはありますが、やはり納得しにくいです。せっかくやってるのだから何か他のtireとは明確な違いをつけていただきたいです。

19. サブスクについて

    Twitchのサブスクリプション機能について、購入および管理の導線にいくつか改善してほしい点があります。

    現状では、以下のような問題が発生しています。

    • Xsolla、Apple、Google、PayPalなど支払い経路が分かれており、同じサブスクでも管理方法が統一されていない
    • どの経路で契約しているかが分かりづらく、更新や変更ができないケースがある
    • サブスクのプラン（1ヶ月・3ヶ月など）の変更が途中でできず、一度切る必要がある
    • 支払い方法の選択肢や表示が状況によって変わり、購入導線が不安定になることがある

    そのため、以下の改善を提案します。

    ■改善提案

    1. サブスク管理の一元化 どの経路（Xsolla / Apple / Google / PayPal / Prime）で購入しても、同一の管理画面で状態を確認・変更できるようにする
    2. 契約経路の明確化 現在のサブスクがどの支払い経路かを明確に表示する
    3. プラン変更の即時反映 1ヶ月・3ヶ月などの期間変更を途中でも可能にし、差額調整（返金または追加請求）で対応する
    4. 支払い導線の安定化 支払い方法の表示をユーザー環境に依存せず統一し、エラー時の再試行を簡単にする
    5. エラー時の復帰改善 決済失敗時に最初からやり直すのではなく、ワンクリックで再試行できる導線を追加する

    以上の改善により、ユーザー側の混乱や購入失敗が減り、サブスクリプション体験が大きく改善されると考えます。

20. Fix chat disappearing on mobile

    Chat keeps disappearing on my phone while I’m trying to interact with chat and streamer I keep having to close my app multiple times for the chat to work again until I have to do it again. Please fix chat bug
