Tier 2およびTier 3サブスクリプションについて、改善のご提案をお送りいたします。
現在のTier 2・Tier 3は、配信者をより支援したい視聴者向けの仕組みとして素晴らしいものですが、Tier 1と比較した際に料金差に見合うメリットを感じにくい状況だと考えています。
エモートの追加やGIFエモートなどの機能は歓迎されますが、月額料金が大幅に上がることを考えると、多くのユーザーにとってアップグレードの決め手にはなりにくいように感じます。
そこで、Tier 2・Tier 3限定のプラットフォーム共通特典として、以下のような機能の導入をご検討いただけないでしょうか。
・広告の大幅削減または完全非表示
・チャンネルポイント獲得倍率の上昇
・限定プロフィール装飾やバッジ
・チャット機能の拡張
・VOD視聴時の追加特典
・チャンネルを問わず利用できる共通特典
...etc
やはり月額2〜3倍以上払っているのに特典がないのはやるメリットがないように感じてしまいます。知り合いだからしているとかはありますが、やはり納得しにくいです。せっかくやってるのだから何か他のtireとは明確な違いをつけていただきたいです。現在はTier 1を選択するユーザーが多く、Tier 2・Tier 3の加入メリットが十分に伝わりにくい印象があります。上位プランの価値が向上すれば、視聴者満足度の向上だけでなく、配信者とTwitch双方の収益向上にもつながると考えます。

サブスクについて Twitchのサブスクリプション機能について、購入および管理の導線にいくつか改善してほしい点があります。
現状では、以下のような問題が発生しています。
- Xsolla、Apple、Google、PayPalなど支払い経路が分かれており、同じサブスクでも管理方法が統一されていない
- どの経路で契約しているかが分かりづらく、更新や変更ができないケースがある
- サブスクのプラン（1ヶ月・3ヶ月など）の変更が途中でできず、一度切る必要がある
- 支払い方法の選択肢や表示が状況によって変わり、購入導線が不安定になることがある
そのため、以下の改善を提案します。
■改善提案
- サブスク管理の一元化 どの経路（Xsolla / Apple / Google / PayPal / Prime）で購入しても、同一の管理画面で状態を確認・変更できるようにする
- 契約経路の明確化 現在のサブスクがどの支払い経路かを明確に表示する
- プラン変更の即時反映 1ヶ月・3ヶ月などの期間変更を途中でも可能にし、差額調整（返金または追加請求）で対応する
- 支払い導線の安定化 支払い方法の表示をユーザー環境に依存せず統一し、エラー時の再試行を簡単にする
- エラー時の復帰改善 決済失敗時に最初からやり直すのではなく、ワンクリックで再試行できる導線を追加する
以上の改善により、ユーザー側の混乱や購入失敗が減り、サブスクリプション体験が大きく改善されると考えます。

スマホアプリからのチャットが反映されてない 2026/05/29 の夜あたりから突然通常のチャットが配信画面に反映されずストリーマーに見えてないようです。ビッツを一つでも入れてチャットを打ち込むと認識してます。チャットを一つ歌にもお金がかかる仕様になったのでしょうか？

There may be an issue with speed changes in the iPad app. When I double the playback speed in an iPad app and then return it to normal speed, the speed doesn’t go back to normal.
It’s possible that this is just my perception.
I observed this behavior when I adjusted the slider UI by clicking it.

Add I was watching a new channel trying to find out if I was even interested in it, the live stream lasted 56 min and I spent over 10 min watching ads. I find it outrageous that I even spent the last minutes of it watching an add, I found out that it was over because of the comments. I didn’t even understand what was the streaming about because I was watching ads all the time. At the end I was about to close the app. I only didn’t do it because it was already over.

Bugs with watch streaks and app features Earlier this month, the watch streaks feature has had bugs that other users have experienced (per a Reddit post I made about the issue). Streaks don’t display or get registered when watching in the app, requiring users to watch streams, clips and VODs on the desktop site to update them. However in the past week (approximately), streaks updated on the website show the exact same number of watched streams, no longer advancing the count when the streak maintenance notification appears on the accordant channel page. Change reruns They should be indicated by yellow dot or other colour. Streamers should also not be making revenue from reruns because that’s like cheating.

Improve your blocking of channels I’m pretty sure that the blocking isn’t working right. When I type in the channel’s name it works fine. It doesn’t show the channel that I blocked but if I would to look at live channels section and have it be viewers (high to low), I would see that channels that I’ve blocked. Either the blocking has a time limit or the block list has a limit. Whatever it is, make the blocking and block list work properly so that people don’t have to see the blocked channels.

Maybe ban people for stuff that should be banned. I see people who sexualize their streams to an extent and they’re banned for a day You ban people who have legit people in gymp suits for only like a day or so, but one person makes a joke and you ban them for 7 days. Maybe fix your terms and services because it seems you’re doing a poor job at it. Idk just some advice for you guys? I just think you guys aren’t really paying attention or perhaps other reasons I won’t say out of professionalism. Even though you guys lack that too

Watch streaks not being counted; channel points/emotes/bits tabs hanging The iOS/iPadOS app randomly stopped logging watched lives, VODs or clips towards the streak on May 8 and notifications for most erroneously missed streaks aren’t being sent. Upon learning of this, I was forced to log streaks through clips and VODs from the affected streamers on the desktop website.
A few months ago, tabs for channel points, emotes, bits started reappearing immediately upon using tap gestures to close the corresponding tab anywhere on the screen. It takes several tries once that occurs for the tab to finally close.

App keeps pausing when in the background - issue has been persistent by over the last years. Confirmed with many other chatters. Infurtiatin The app is randomly stopping streams when played in the background - it is not just live streams but any vods too.
First 20 minutes or so, everything works well, then every 2-5 minutes, stream/vod pauses. I have to manually press play again.
It is insanely infuriating - especially when watching someone with a good noise gate - did they stop speaking or did the stream pause?
I have confirmed this with many other chatters in other streamers chats so it is not isolated.

Mobile clipping is STILL broken I've been having this issue since the update over a year and a half ago. I try to clip amd the app just completely crashes when i try and edit said clip when before one of the updates I never had this issue before. For a while I could get around the bug by quickly pausing the clip before it would play but it was super buggy still. Double audio when clipping, extreme lag. Now not even that will work.
