April Fools' IRL categories are a diss at the valid category creation requests that are being ignored Twitch has allotted some resources into creating these categories as a joke: "Just Catting", "Sandwiches", "Cowboy Corner", "Inanimate Objects" and "Chores, Odd Jobs and Errands". Educational Can someone please add this category. Perhaps there isn't a huge demand for educational content but if someone wanted to stream something educational, there's really no category for it. I think having a category like "Educational" is enough to house everyone that has a passion to teach something. Right now, all we have is a tag "educational", which is useful but not a housing feature. Differenciate two games that share the same name Hi friends! Is there a way to differentiate two games called "Copycat" and "CopyCat" in categories? One is coming in 2024, other is listed as 2019 but unreleased, yet both links take me to the page of an unreleased "CopyCat" game instead of the new one.

Unattended Streams Unattended streams are expanding. This includes anything where the streamer is never there or away for an extended time and there is little to no interaction with them. Some examples are: reruns, sleeping, AI powered, CCTV & scenery cams, traditional TV & radio stations, and anything else pre-recorded outside of Twitch. These streams need to have their own place so that viewers know what to expect. For those interested, to be able to find them easily, and those not interested, to know they can move on. New IRL Category: Entertainment & Variety Shows Content creators have really stepped it up and came up with a variety of great shows. However, they need to branch away from Just Chatting because this type of content is not about doing small talk or interacting with their viewers. The types of content that can be included in this category are: competitive IRL games, game shows, reality shows, acting performances, contests, comedy, improv, etc. We need more IRL categories to help break away from Just Chatting. Make a Category for trash games There are now tons of trash games and they are all still fun and entertaining in their own way.

Cover Art for Non-Gaming Category (not on igdb) I have a update for a cover art for Non-Gaming Category (Go).
This game is not allowed on IGDB, because it is like chess, not a game for PC.

Shrapnel - FPS web3 game (incorrect category being added after Stream is completed) After my stream has concluded for Shrapnel (the FPS web3 game), the Twitch platform incorrectly switches the category to another Shrapnel category with the same name, but it's a different title. This needs to be fixed so I can correctly categorize my stream. Currently, I have multiple streams categorized incorrectly. This is very frustrating when trying to gain exposure and awareness of a new game that's currently in pre-alpha stage.
