We’re happy to announce that we have released an additional update to address these concerns. Streamers can now prevent their banned users from watching their livestreams. You can find and turn on this feature in the Moderation settings section of the Creator Dashboard, through the “Stop banned users from viewing stream” toggle.
Please note, this update 1). does not prevent users from watching livestreams from an incognito window or while logged out and 2). does not prevent users from viewing VODs, clips or highlights. We plan to explore extending the functionality of bans further, including but not limited to preventing VOD and clip playback.
In addition, we’ve made an update so that users that are blocked will now automatically be blocked from watching a streamer’s livestreams.
We will leave this thread open for your other points regarding preventing view of other content types and account creation.

Hey guys!
There were some discussions that weren’t super applicable to feedback and I have gone ahead and removed them.
We super appreciate the feedback and want to keep hearing your ideas. Please just keep it focused on bodypainting/body art community and feedback around that, over feedback on specific channels/users.
If you have anyone who you are concerned about on Twitch or someone who you are worried about how they are acting on Twitch always feel empowered to report them so our team can further investigate the situation.

An error occurred while saving the comment cakeisamadeupdrug commentedSo this is an issue when I'm playing console games from my sofa, which means I am quite a distance from the monitor with chat. The issue with using the browser's zoom is that it doesn't JUST change the size of the text I'm trying to read, it changes everything. The headers take up half of the chat window, the rest of the manager becomes unusable.
The chat window itself now has good font size options (which don't affect emotes, so I still can't see these while streaming), but I still can't read the activity feed. It'd be nice if I could make the text here bigger as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment cakeisamadeupdrug commentedI think the reason Twitch doesn't do this is because it would be an acknowledgement of fraud, which would warrent a legal response via the courts.

An error occurred while saving the comment cakeisamadeupdrug commentedBetter yet, just show all of chat like a certain other now defunct streaming service used to do.

We have heard the feedback in this idea & its comments and reworked chat replies to reduce noise. By allowing users to reply directly to a specific message in a thread, only the user being responded to will be @'ed, rather than the user whose comment initiated the thread. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

When I am raiding someone, I like to check their channel first to make sure that they are actually still live, not themselves raiding someone, not on BRB, that sort of thing. The issue is that this means I have to sit through an ad before raiding most people -- or multiple ads if my first choice isn't available. To be frank NO ONE is sticking around for this. I am literally losing my entire audiance waiting the 30 seconds to a minute while I'm waiting to be able to raid, which is making the whole thing pointless. It would be awesome if we could preview people from our follower list without having to wait for ads before raiding them.
