Not only is this an amazing idea, but I love the thought that Twitch would help facilitate the sharing of good food, by good people. I have several times swapped snack boxes with folks from around the globe, and I spend tons of time with food streamers. It would be wonderful to be able to discover new friends more easily!

Food definitely needs this support

I moderate for many Food and Drink streamers, and I can say the Food and Drink streamers and their communities are some of the most wholesome, down to Earth and welcoming people you will ever meet, it brings together so many people, from so many cultures, from so many countries, and allows people to expand their own culinary skills, I have supported Food and Drink for many years because it saved me, if any category deserves this, it's Food and Drink and all the streamers and community members in it

I love the fact that Twitch has expanded into more IRL categories, and Food & Drink is no exception. Food & Drink streamers provide a cozy, welcoming environment that's also educational and brings people together. I think it's a great idea for these creators to have a club where they can find community with other streamers, learn from each other, and share ideas!

Food and cooking is just one of those things that helps bring people together and create communities. It's something that ties people from all over the world together in shared passion and experience. Cooking streams are not only entertaining they're educational and can help inspire and educate both novice and adept cooks alike. Twitch Staff, if you're reading our comments on this vote, please make it happen, it would really help all the twitch streamers out there who already do food and cooking streams, and help give them a stronger voice and a more unified platform here on Twitch.

Agreed. I meet so many people who are adults, who tell me they can't cook and don't know where to start. We can help change this.

I think food streams are invaluable. By focusing on a necessary component of our lives as humans, creating art around such a mundane and shared facet, and sharing of the ktichen from across the world not only do food and drink streamers create a community that anyone can be a part of, they also share culture and gain understanding within that community.

Many food and drink streamers are also a comforting presence while working in the kitchens, and also very educational. In the current economy, these streams would be a great resource that could benefit from everyone if given the support it needs. It also could ease the epidemic of loneliness by addressing everything which I've already outlined.

Food and Drink is a great category on Twitch that is chock full of wonderful communities. A Food and Drink club is definitely well deserved.
