Stop closing tickets early!!
I emailed twitch support about being shown ads to a channel I subscribed to, they took 24 hours to reply once with useless generic advice that didn't help; they replied again 24 hours later with more useless generic advice that didn't help; then they replied 24 hours later saying they couldn't do anything and closed my ticket.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS IS NOT SUPPORT. Furthermore the twitch admin claim that "we only close tickets that are a year old" is a blatant LIE, plenty of users here on UserVoice are having this exact problem and it is totally unacceptable.
Stop closing tickets early, or at least give users a robust system to track bad support and hold support accountable.
Overall, twitch support is unacceptably bad, slow, unhelpful, poorly structured, buggy, and you need to all do so much better.

I have now had three tickets closed on the same problem that I've been experiencing for over 5 weeks now; it got closed less than 48 hours after the last troubleshooting step, which I could not test yet because the streamer in question has not streamed again in that time period...and they closed my ticket because they "couldn't help me". (except they could've, if they waited for my reply and DID NOT CLOSE MY TICKET.)
First of all, you were waiting for me to report back DO NOT CLOSE MY TICKET. Second, this is a twitch problem I've been experiencing consistently for over a month DO NOT CLOSE MY TICKET.

I'm having this issue now, Twitch support has to be the most anti support system I've ever seen in my life! I had a lady help me with the exact same problem the first time, quick and easy to now have God knows who plus AI auto messages telling me they can't fix a problem they've already showed me they can fix Quickly, I just keep getting bombarded with articles that have absolutely ZERO to do with my issue
