Get rid of User Voice and answer your customers
I've never encountered a customer service system like this one. If you go to the contact page and try to fill out an email, the moment you choose a secondary category (which is required) you are redirected away from the contact page. It's insulting and annoying.
This User Voice system is a sadly inadequate alternative. It essentially allows you to ignore customer service questions for as long as you see fit. There are over 1100 outstanding suggestions and zero indication when any will addressed. I contacted IGDB by email and had an answer within 24 hours redirecting me to this mess. Your company can, and should, do the same. Your streamers are your revenue source, yet by providing no way to contact you directly you show us you have no respect for us.

These UserVoice/Fan Feedback/etc. systems are always put out by corporations to give the impression they're listening, but it's really for feedback and criticism to die and not go anywhere. You're right to call them out on this useless corner of their website; they take basically nothing from it and as a result we as users get nothing from it either.
