Emote editor
I think the library could use a bit of work so you can edit an emote rather than having to delete it and re add it
Clicking on an emote will show an edit section to replace the image, change the name, if animated change the easy animate animation, depending on the change it could go back to "revision" if the instant upload has not been unlocked
This can be useful to track many things, for example
If the emote is improved rather than replaced, you could specify that is a version 1.1 or 2.0 of the emote

enable larger file sizes for animated emotes
enable larger file sizes for animated emotes. Most animations even if small in canvas size, get bigger in file size very fast.

Mod Education and Certification Badge
In the same vein of modeducation.reddithelp.com and discord.com/moderation I think Twitch could give a badge for users who pass on a quiz about channel moderation.
It is a nice way to make future mods get acquainted with twitch tools and to signal creators users that are serious about being mods.

More Options to Credit Artists
I was really thrilled when twitch announced the artist badges. I am a artist myself and have some friends who are artists as well. The badges had good intentions but are, in my opinion, improvable.
1: Since Twitch now has animated emotes many streamer get their already existing emotes animated from other artists then the ones which drew them originally. Or even better, different arists work together as a team. Artist A draws the texures and Artist B animates it. Not all artists are good in any kind of art so sometimes we work together to achieve something great. BUT…

My idea is simply to have follower emotes able to be used on mobile devices no matter the carrier with text messages. Be it iOS, Android, etc.

Per-user Emote Macro/Alias [Feature Request]
Requesting a feature where a Twitch user can create Macro/Alias names for emotes or even strings of emote.
Examples:
- A streamer remaps streamerLUL to LUL and overrides the global LUL
- Generally, it would be nice as a streamer to be able to use our Suffix only when we want to use our own emotes instead of having to search the library or memorize/type our Prefix

emote marketplace
A lot of people subscribe to a channel just to get access to an emote. If there were an indexable, taggable "Emote Marketplace" where you could search for specific tags and purchase subscriptions to the channel, you would sell a lot more subscriptions (a lot easier to implement than micro emote purchases) Would likely need some pretty complex technology to make it happen, but I can imagine how to accomplish it -helmetwearer (same github handle, pinned project twitch related)

I keep getting the color Pink denied
I've had no less then 5 emotes denied with no reasoning with the emote deny email. Only thing common is the color pink. I've even used the same emote from another streamer colored it pink, and it got denied. You need to fix it, I'm a girl that's 27 years old, i deserve the color pink.

Streamer can set whether non-sub audiences can use other streamers' emotes
It's frustrated that when a streamer see an audience doesn't sub to you but keep using other streamers' sub emotes, that just like saying "hey, this streamer is better than you, I just want to sub him not you".
So can Twitch add a feature that allow streamer to set if non-sub audiences can't use other streamers' emotes? Just only those sub to you can use other streamers' emotes.

Bigender, Demigender and Aromantic Pride Emotes
since the asexualpride and genderfluidpride emotes already exist i think it's only fair to also add emotes for the bigender, aromantic and demiboy/girl flags

Update old emotes
The older global emotes should be updated from the 5 pixels they currently are into proper looking emotes that you can actually tell what they are.

Modified emote picker inconsistently cuts off emote versions
The small pop-up picker for modified emotes renders underneath the main emote picker boundary, causing it to be cut off on certain emotes on the far left or right sides of the picker. Depending on which emote I'm looking at, I will either see all, some, or one of the available modified versions. This makes a fair number of these emotes unusable as I have no way of selecting them.

Apply emote ToS consistently.
Recently, I reached out to Twitch support regarding Follower emotes as I did not have access to them following an infraction from March. As it had been well over the 60 day period and I still did not have access, I decided I would ask support what was going on with it. After a couple days I received a response basically restating the guidelines for Follower emotes.
However, in addition to this response, I noticed that 2 of my emotes which had been approved already had been removed, one for "sexual content" and the other for "political imagery." I was…

MikeHogu Emoji's model, Mike Huh was a staff member in charge of twitch's Korean service. He is a quasi-criminal who has been confirmed by the testimony of several streamers to commit numerous fraudulent acts by abusing Twitch's administrative privileges. make R) in the monkey emote set a pirate monkey
can you make the R) global emote for monkey emote set a pirate monkey instead of a monkey with a purple hat. the default set is a pirate smiley which i think is much cooler and more useful than a smiley with a hat, so there needs to be a pirate monkey emote.

I only uploaded 1 emote so far and it's been a week and STILL hasn't been approved yet, and seeing how many people below are actually complaining, it seems you need to start getting on the ball about approving things.
