Error when trying to publish stream

While taking the necessary steps to publish stream, there is a bug that let everything seem fine but it do not publish the streams.

I got it to work, only thing did was install google chrome just use that for twitch editing. Chrome fully supports twitch.

Same for me. The error keeps saying "Segment not found." no matter how many different settings I try.
