1. Broken ad player

   Whenever a scheduled Ad, pre-roll, or mid-rolled Ad plays. The stream displays a commercial break in progress, but no actual Ad is playing. There is a counter that pops up in the bottom right corner and the amount of Ads display as if an Ad is running but all that's seen is a blend of colors.

   When anyone clicks on these Ads it just takes them to the twitch support page. advertisers must not be getting some sort of income if this occurs.

   Taking a look at my revenue for the past few days, when this Bug started to occur, I'm making $0! From Ads... I've seen this bug on other channels as well and is not right. Streamers are getting ripped out of their split of revenue. While their viewers are still being interrupted from the stream.

2. Pre-roll ads are still playing after raids.

   Pre-roll ads after raids were supposed to be disabled and they are not.

   Many of my viewers and people coming in via raid are reporting getting ads.

3. Picture-in-picture Ad Bug

   If you change to picture-in-picture mode whilst watching an ad, once the ad has finished playing, if you exit that mode, the ad replays on the stream.

4. I get wanting to run ads, but....

   DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO FORCE A 48 HOUR SOFT LOCK TIMER THAT CONTINUES EVEN AFTER I CHOOSE TO DISABLE AD BLOCK! Makes me just instantly re enable it. Streams still crash and are impossible to watch because the timer remains

   Hace dos días que no me salen los ingresos por anuncios en mis analíticas, pensé que era cuestión de esperar al sistemas pero ya hoy es el día 3 y nada que salen mis ingresos por anuncios de los últimos 3 días y mis seguidores avisa cuando les sale anuncio, entonces quiero saber que pasa, si me sacaron del afiliado o si estoy baneado de algo y si es así entonces nose para que siguen saliendo anuncios en mis directos si no los piensan pagar

6. Do away with the Turbo Popup, please

   Get rid of it; "Running adblock? Consider twitch turbo." I watch Twitch passively while working, and I don't want to be bothered denying the popup every seemingly 5 minutes.

7. getting pre-roll ads, even when there shouldn't be any

   Sometimes pre-roll ads still play when i join a channel, even if the streamer plays ads hourly with the sole intention of REMOVING the pre-roll ads. idk how often it happens, but i noticed it recently when i tuned in a stream where they have info on when the next ad is coming ie. "ad starts in 06:34min" and yeah, when i tuned in, i got an pre-roll ad, even though the streamer wasnt putting the ad on at that time. fix please, tyvm <3

10. commercial break in progress

    I'm unable to watch one of my streamers every time there are drops (and sometimes outside of drops as well) due to "Commercial break in progress" showing for 3 minutes every 10 minutes. And every time it stops, the audio is high for half a second before going back to normal, just like a jumpscare.

    During drops its common for the streamers to increase ads, understandably. And I don't mind watching ads cause I like to see how they are edited.

    But please, implement an if-check so that if there are no more ads, then don't show the "Commercial break in progress", which I'm guessing is just the placeholder for when there are no more ads left to show at that time. The pattern is watch for 10 minutes, get 3 min of silent screen with "Commercial break in progress", get jumpscare, repeat.

    This only causes people to click off, less views for streamer and no ad revenue for streamer or Twitch at that moment.

    TL;DR:
    Implement an if function for ads. If there pool of ads is empty for the viewer, then do not show "Commercial break in progress"!

11. Fix the bug where it randomly changes your place in a VOD

    Everytime you go to watch a VOD and a Ad plays and ends it seems to revert back a hour or more into the VOD randomly. It's super frustrating and makes me just want to rather wait for said streamer to post their VODS on their Youtube Channel. (Mobile) Please fix this

14. Ads with Turbo

    I've had Turbo since it's been a thing but I just randomly started getting ads in the middle of streams in the last two days. It's totally random. Sometimes I don't see ads when the streamer runs them, sometimes I do. One of the channels it happened in I was also subbed to. This has happened on both iOS (iPhone 12 Mini) and Microsoft 10 desktop (using Chrome) now. I only have 2 Chrome extensions: Google Docs Offline and FFZ.
    This has NEVER happened before the last 24-36 hours.

15. Please fix your ads

    Why am i getting a 30 second Amazon Music Ad re-playing for every single ad i get?
    Also why am i even getting ads while I'm subbed at all?
    I've tried it with out ad blocker and with ad blocker, same results.
    Except without it i get constant super intrusive ads floating over the stream screen blocking the content I'm trying to enjoy.

16. FIx Bug - Muted streams unmute when ads roll

    I assume this is a bug a not a feature you are rolling out. Stream I have muted in the background UNMUTE themseleve when ads run and then return to muted state after.

    This is in Chrome. Please fix this, its both annoying and invasive.

17. Preroll ads are being spammed, Midroll ads have returned

    I've noticed an increase of prerolls being applied repeatedly even after you've viewed it at a channel.
    Currently preroll ads will increase latency and disrupt the normal playback speed of the stream when the ad ends. This then leads to viewing issues which the user might try to fix via pause/play of the stream or refresh the channel. This however brings up another preroll ad and the cycle continues for a few more times.
    Prerolls needs to be 15 seconds or less, 30 seconds ads are simply far too disruptive and long to be viable for channel discovery, let alone bugged to repeat endlessly while users try to fix your playback issues.

    Midrolls have also returned, despite Twitch continuing to say it's removed. Recently viewing channels (with official Twitch mobile app) that were co-streaming special events where they specifically stated ads are disabled, yet ads were still being auto run on the hour, which is Twitch's scheduled midroll time from previous tests.
    Midrolls needs to be completely removed from all codes, and attempts to disrupt users with additional plug-ins needs to be reduced until Twitch has improved their own user experience.

    The ad experience on Twitch has become increasingly exhausting, and has become much easier to simply not use Twitch at the pace ads are being implemented.

20. Audio bug with ads

    There seems to be an audio related bug with twitch ads, at least for me. When setting the volume to 1%, after one ad segment finishes out of the list of ads. The volume doesn't stick to 1%, even if it is 1% and plays at possibly max volume
