Stop with the excessive video adverts!
Start using banners and tickers instead of video ads. They are less intrusive, and more importlantly less annoying.
On a side note, it's amazingly short sited and stupid to play 3 min ad breaks during VGA awards that already have a bunch of ads and trailers. Start a partnership, and stop ruining the experience for your viewers! (the real money makers)
