I am a teir 3 Sub and I get ads

I am a teir three sub for one of the streamers I watch and a teir one sub for a different streamer, I pay to NOT have ads pop up, and yet ALL this month I had gotten ADS!!! Please someone FIX THIS! I am very frustrated with this bug.

    I also get ads from one specific chanel that I'm subscribed to, I understand when is other chanels that I follow... and is odd, since the creator checked several times that the option for subs not to watch ads is on. Please fix this bug.
