I am getting advertisements in channels I'm subscribed to, even in channels where I have a tier 3 subscription. I PAY TO NOT HAVE ADS

I am getting advertisements in channels I'm subscribed to, even in channels where I have a tier 3 subscription. I PAY TO NOT HAVE ADS. Either refund me for every subscription I have because you're FALSE ADVERTISING or STOP IT IMMEDIATELY!

    What is the purpose of us purchasing the subscriptions to get no ads when you are still going to force ads down our throats anyways???

    we will just find a new way to get money to our streamers. **** twitch if they are going to force ads onto us even though we are subbed.

    Having this issue as well, it just started today. I've been subscribed to the channel for 4 months and should be getting no ads. If this keeps happening, I won't be keeping up my subscriptions

    I started having this issue a couple of weeks ago. Ads will display pre roll when I bring up a channel. I hope this is not a new feature twitch is trying , please stop it !

    I've been having this issue for months now. There will be a few days it'll work properly, then I'm back to seeing ads on channels I've been subscribed to for ages.

    this is incredibly annoying, and it bugs me there is no way to toggle off ads. i get it supports content creators, but the payment to the subscription should negate ads relating to the streamer

    Just adding myself to this pile. Last night I experienced an even worse situation. The channel I was in raided another at stream end and most people in the raid were given almost 3 minutes of ads. Pre-rolls, mid-stream and raid ads are just getting stupid.

    For the past several days, I've been having this issue as well. On every channel I am subbed to.
    Show up --> get ad. Randomly get 6-8 ads mid-stream.

    I've also been having this exact same problem for the past couple of days now. Trying to watch a streamer I'm subbed to and then 6-8 ads come up in the middle of it all to ruin my enjoyment.

    Twitch needs to fix this ASAP.

    Same, even says i am not subbed to the channel when i try watching the vod(because their vods are sub only). I don't even have adblock on or anything and am constantly getting ads for everyone I am subbed to.

    I do not get ads for people I am subbed to on mobile though.

    Twitch fix this, it is so annoying.

    Same here, subbed to a streamer and have turbo, getting ads. Quit being greedy and trying to get ad revenue on top of sub revenue, you're getting enough money out of us.

    Same thing with me. And I also have Turbo! I'm still getting ads to channels I'm subbed to. Why???
