Replace Turbo Change the way twitch turbo perks are activated.
Instead of being a paid-for option, enable turbo for all accounts that have multiple active subs.For example, being sub to 3 channels (~the price of turbo) would disable ads on all channels across the platform.
This would be a benefit for creators by encouraging viewers to sub, unlike the current turbo.
Prime and gifted subs may or may not count toward the needed subs to enable turbo.
The actual number of subs needed needs to be fine tuned but I think 3 paid-for subs is a good value.5 votes -

Growth is hard, especially as a small streamer. Twitch Turbo is an existing feature that isn't well advertised but it could be used to an even greater benefit for both Streamers and Twitch. By giving streamers who are subscribed with Twitch Turbo who have less than a certain amount of typical concurrent viewers to provide their content to viewers without pre-rolls, it would enable both better growth for the streamer and more profit to Twitch to cover costs.

I would rather close Twitch than watch a pre-roll I'm dodging pre-rolls like crazy. I'm not talking about muting the tab and doing something else while Twitch advertises to the void; I'm either closing Twitch and not engaging with the service or I'm going to keep refreshing, bouncing between streams until the system gives in and plays the stream without the ad—which, miraculously, works after roughly 15 seconds—a net gain given that most ads that play on Twitch much longer. And, keep in mind, the moment Twitch fixes that strange loophole, I'm going to revert back to closing Twitch and disengaging 99% of the time.

turbo turbo refund if you forgot to cancel if its within 24 hrs. they will just send you constant rejection emails with the same exact macro if u attemt to refund. there was a button that said "request a refund" on the option on the day that i clicked. why is that button even there if its non refundable...

Allow a single, one time refund for Twitch Turbo subscriptions in the event someone forgets they signed up . Respect your users. You failed to do the right thing and give me a refund despite not notifying me that the subscription was about to renew, which is legally required in the US. You could do the right thing, like many banks and credit card companies would do, and offer a one time refund as a courtesy. This would eliminate any friction between you and your users by giving them a small bit of leeway in the event they sign up for a trial and forget about it.

Removal of "request a refund" button from Twitch Turbo. The Anecdote/Problem:
I recently went to cancel my Twitch Turbo subscription, which I have very much enjoyed for a few months by now, but was unfortunately too late to do so. So, like with a channel subscription, I went to request a refund. I clicked the button and it brought me to Twitch Support, who told me that the Twitch Turbo subscription does not qualify for refunds. Turbo should block all Ads If Turbo blocked ALL ads on ALl streams I would be tempted to get it, but it doesn't. So I use ad-blockers. I can't stand ads, we are bombarded with ads everywhere... and many times multiples of the same ad. it doesn't make me want to get that product, it makes me actively avoid them since they don't care about people and are annoying many.

Lower subscription price for Twitch Turbo users Make the price for subscribing to users a lower amount for people with Twitch Turbo by like 20% or something. As of now you do get ad-free viewing, but it would be nice to be able to actually support the streamers you watch for a bit cheaper when you have Twitch Turbo.

Twitch Turbo Support Individual Creators (only 2) Regarding twitch turbo,
You currently get 2 free emoticon rows from twitch automatically, but one of my least favorite things about suggesting turbo to my viewers is the fact they get no emotes/badges of streamers.
I think its a good idea to allow someone to "subscribe" to 2 users emotes/badge because turbo is the cost of 2 subs regardless.
Possibly have it so that if a streamer does not have ads running (only pre-rolls) you cannot subscribe to their emotes/badge because you will not financially support them without the ad breaks.4 votes -

Bring back 2 weeks to make a highlight & default crop entirety of VOD I've lost enough footage (including world records) because of only having 2 weeks to make a highlight. Having only 1 week just because the stats say that most people don't watch VODs after a week, doesn't justify users requiring prioritizing hours of Twitch highlighting over other deadlines. If users are really only gonna be given a week with a paywall as the only other option, then atleast make the highlighting process faster. Highlighting 100+ streams a month takes many hours due to the default being that only the middle gets highlighted, so you have to manually drag it outward each…

Turbo free with Gifted subs monthly If a person gifts a certain amount of subs each month, Turbo should be free for the user. Examples, 50 gifted subs per month is $100 for twitch, so you really need to still charge $11.99 to get no ads?

Wouldn't more people choose Turbo with an annual discount? Twitch Turbo is a great product, but the lack of an annual subscription option leaves a lot on the table.

Unlock Turbo with Gift Subs Turbo should also be unlocked through gifting subs and/or bits. This would incentivize people to gift to their favorite streamers, and reward members of the community that are generally more active in chats and streams.
As soon as someone gifts 10 subs or 5000 bits, they should get turbo unlocked for 30 days. You can play with the numbers a bit, but that's obviously more revenue than a turbo subscription.
