Email My Subs Disabled
We are aware that the “Email My Subs” feature allows creators to send content that violates our TOS. To provide the community the tools to help keep them safe, we are temporarily disabling the service while we upgrade it with the safety and moderation features we expect in all creator and viewer touchpoints.
We would like to take this opportunity to hear your ideas around making this feature either safer or more effective! Leave your comments below.

**SPONGEBOB ANNOUNCER VOICE**
"2 years later"
It's really feeling like our voices around here don't matter.

Please bring this feature back. It was a vital lifeline to my subscribers to let them know timely ways they could enjoy new content and show their support.

I would really like for this to come back. or at least create some kind of integration function with Zapier or something so that we can send out newsletters in a professional way through our platform.
a monthly newsletter was part of my sub-benefits and now I am scrambling how to get it to my viewers in a unified manner. -

Why are we still being punished because of what others have done? PLEASE bring the option back!

"Temporarily," obviously Twitch admins give 2 craps about their users and this feature that is desperately needed. If I can't tell subs why they should keep subbing, how the **** should I expect them to???

It's pretty discouraging that ya'll didn't take this away from the violators and took this CRUCIAL feature away from those of us who needed it to update subs with vacations, etc. Stop punishing us all because some people sent out inappropriate DMs and get these constant ToS violators off Twitch for good.

Subtember is just about over and as a low-end partner Im now trying to reach out via whisper every gifted sub, which is over 100, This is insane to think about, but you have left me no choice. How can I reach out to new subs letting them know of all the amazing things we have going on so they hopefully will want to continue their subs? I CANT. So... Im whispering everyone. It's funny I am able to do that to all the people gifted subs, and there is no TOS on messages... OR maybe it's because people who get subscribers are grateful for them and are not going to go against TOS to SUBSCRIBERS... yeah because we really want to **** off the people that give us money every month ..... come on Twitch. Get it together. Give us an option ASAP. I ve emailed for over a year now asking when.

So temporarily really means permanently? How do I email/message all my subs at once for special events?
-
ReneSarjeant commented
I'd really like to email my subs.

One year and nearly three months later after "temporarily disabling" the e-mail subs option, we still have no update on when this feature will return. Meanwhile Twitch continues to make millions of dollars off of personalities and live streamers who drive traffic and money to their site. And us smaller channels continue to kick dirt as we struggle to build our communities.

I enjoyed the email to subs because I was able to email out when special events were going to happen that way all Subs were able to get the information on it. It was also nice to use as a small little news letter to fill in those who support but can't be at every stream.

WE NEED THIS FEATURE BACK!! Why has there been zero communication about this? The least yall can do is tell us if it is a permanent change. Because the initial alert suggested it was temporary.

It appears that this function isn't coming back in any way. **** shame.

I'm in favor of Xythereon's idea. 👍

Have the same requirements as instant upload emotes (stream 60 days within 2 years, no infractions, etc) to enable the feature. Violators lose access to the feature the same with emotes.
Thoughts?
