I have one phone, and one account. Yet I cannot answer IM's from streamers even after I put in my phone number and I'm logged in. My idea ? FIX IT

I think it is ridiculous that I can’t sub to someone’s stream on my twitch account on my phone I want it back my iPad is old and my laptop is always busy with hubby I can hardly ever get on it!

Being able to see who joins streams like TikTok Live in the chat overlay. This person continues to bother and stalk my streams It could be a fake account but this happends on other platforms as well. it's trolling and I don't know who the viewer is as it doesn't say names and they don't chat. Please provide alternatives to Phone Verification (new) I know this has been discussed before, but things have changed. (see below)
Please provide alternative methods to Phone Verification. There are many circumstances where a user may not be able to use a mobile phone to verify their account:
They live in area that does not have cell service;
They live or work in an institution that does not not allow the use of mobile phones (such as prisons or secure locations, intelligence agencies, etc.)
They are too poor to afford a mobile phone (poor people can still watch ads, and provide valuable content to the site)

Better Support for Account Issues This idea is borne of having a poor experience with Twitch support in its current form. I've streamed dozens of hours and suddenly two streams were flagged for copyright issues. The flagged OSTs were from Elden Ring, the game I was playing. It was the music in the game that got flagged. Clearly a mistake, but the only responses I would get on my support ticket were the generic responses about not having copyrighted materials on your stream. Create a paid expedited process for indefinite suspensions In my time on Twitch, I have seen many accounts get suspended for reasons that don't seem to warrant indefinite bans. Often, there appeals are met with bot messages that don't seem to actually review the violation or take context into account. The loss of users can damage communities greatly and can lead to issues of malicious reporting. My suggestion is to create a paid expedited process in which a user can pay twitch some amount of money to expedite their suspension appeal and get a human to review their request. Raise the Limit of Accounts you can Follow When someone has been active on Twitch for a few years, it’s easy to max out on how many streamers a person can follow. It would be incredible if Twitch could give us an option to raise that limit for active accounts that are over 1 year old. It could be something streamers have to opt in to so Twitch knows the streamer’s account is still active.
The current maximum of accounts you can follow is 2,000.

Allow role "artists" to put emotes in place of streamers with their permission For some streamers it is not easy to add emotes, so leave it up to artists to add emotes.

banning !!!!!!????? Greetings, Twitch support team.
I am writing this email in reference to a streamer (Elsukr) who received a ban while I was live. I was on that live stream, and it was funny and nice. I think because her language is from Jeddah, a minority ethnic group in Saudi Arabia, Twitch transliterated her language wrong.
I hope to restudy the situation.
We miss her. She was the one who got me out of depression.

change these forums format Feedback Forums: The Format/Presentation Method
I have used game forums for almost 30 years, and the format of these feedback forums is the most complex and least simple design that I have ever seen. I suggest you look at the format used for any popular gaming software (blizzard forums for world of warcraft may be an appropriate one to use for this example) that provides a simple format and design. Please use simple and easy menu items.
Additionally, make links to these forums easy to find and access from each twitch user account help menu.

I want to remove all subscriber benefits There appears to be no way to remove benefits. I can only cancel a subscription or request a refund. I just don't want the subscriber benefits and I want the channel delisted from my list of active subscriptions.

changed tearms of service ? I just got notified that your tearms of service changed.
But WHAT exactly changed?? Do you expect me to keep local copys of your (and all the million other everyone wants me to signe at any random webside/service) every time so I can compare old vs. new tearms??
Sugestion: higlight the changes in bold or bigger font size at the very top of the changed tearms!
I will not signe the new Tearms of Service as I am no lawer and have no copy of the old one to compare. It is up to YOU to clarify the changes exactly!

Pay Twitch Hello. I have a problem. My account was suspended on the 11th of this month. The next day they returned my account. And they still don't pay me for the month.
