Improve Options For Contacting Support A friend of mine (ConstantineDTW) has been trying to reverse the unjust suspension of his account for over a week now without any progress. He hasn't even been told why his account was suspended! It's absurd that he needs to start an online petition in some vague hope Twitch will take note of it, rather than be able to actually speak to Twitch Support via some channel to get any sort of applicable response. Better Support for Account Issues This idea is borne of having a poor experience with Twitch support in its current form. I've streamed dozens of hours and suddenly two streams were flagged for copyright issues. The flagged OSTs were from Elden Ring, the game I was playing. It was the music in the game that got flagged. Create a paid expedited process for indefinite suspensions In my time on Twitch, I have seen many accounts get suspended for reasons that don't seem to warrant indefinite bans. Often, there appeals are met with bot messages that don't seem to actually review the violation or take context into account. Raise the Limit of Accounts you can Follow When someone has been active on Twitch for a few years, it’s easy to max out on how many streamers a person can follow. It would be incredible if Twitch could give us an option to raise that limit for active accounts that are over 1 year old. It could be something streamers have to opt in to so Twitch knows the streamer’s account is still active.
The current maximum of accounts you can follow is 2,000.
