  1. Pip

    PIP mode simply closes when i minimize to do other tasks while watching a stream since last update. I have my settings so that PIP is on by default. I am now unable to do any other tasks at all if I want to watch Twitch on my iPad.

  2. Most recent “Stream Summary” does not load on iOS

    The most recent “Stream Summary” no longer loads in the iOS app. Past summaries load/display, but the most recent just shows a spinning circle and no content.

    When subsequent streams are completed, the previously non-loading summary will then display and the summary for the (new) latest stream will be the one with the spinning circle.

  3. Stream Randomly Crashes App

    Re: Twitch iOS App v17.0

    I have encountered app completely crashing back to iOS Home Screen multiple times and app needing to be reloaded to continue watching stream after most recent update.

    I have also had to previously report via stream that entire screen (not just video) will suddenly freeze while still hearing audio from stream, and when exiting app; audio for stream will continue to play outside of app for how ever long stream was previously buffered by app.

    Note: Issue has occurred using an iPhone 8 Plus 256GB (iOS 16.7.2) and not due to low battery power, as…

    Minimize them to just their profile pictures when Viewed, or maybe a menu that can be popped open

  5. Get rid of the large ad at the top

    There is now a large ad above even the featured clips in the app. Not only do you have to scroll past the featured clips, you also have to scroll past a static ad just to get to the live streams. Get rid of the ad, we already watch ads during the stream.

  6. Mobile IRL Streaming - Multi camera use

    Picture-in-picture streaming. When streaming IRL from mobile, allow a small window using front facing camera while the main stream is filled by the rear facing camera (or vice versa).
    This can also be useful for mobile game streaming: front camera use while streaming mobile game.

  8. Play In Background fails during picture-in-picture mode

    Play In Background claims it will switch to audio only mode when the screen is locked. I have it enabled.

    When I have the app open and I lock the screen or swipe down from tho top of the screen to open the iOS notification center, the audio does continue playing.

    When I leave the app while a stream is playing, the stream continues playing in a picture-in-picture mode. If I then lock the screen or open the iOS notification center, the playback pauses rather than switching to audio only mode and continuing.

    This is especially annoying when pressing play…

  9. Landscape mode

    Especially for tablets, it would be nice if the Stream-Manager could be also used in landscape mode, with chat and activity feed next to each other instead of on top of each other. The user should be able to decide on his own which should be on the right and on the left.

  10. Fix how you can see chat on mobile!

    I have downloaded the update for twitch and now whenever I hold my phone sideways I can't see what I'm watching fully because chat is 1/4 in the way of he screen. Making the chat almost transparent and then putting it on the full screen was possibly the worst idea you could have. I'm not asking for rollbacks, just fix this!

  11. Chat overlay settings

    Add a remove “chat overlay” in settings.
    People have OLED phones, and having bright overlay settings for the quick actions is very bad for their screen.
    It is also quite distracting.
    Not sure why this is added without adding a remove button so people can CUSTOMIZE their OWN preference.

  14. iOS Picture-in-Picture randomly stops (ongoing for years)

    Title: iOS Picture-in-Picture playback stops randomly (long-standing issue)

    Description:
    This issue has been happening for years.
    When watching Twitch on iPhone using Picture-in-Picture, playback stops randomly after a few minutes.
    • Latest iOS
    • Latest Twitch app
    • Happens regardless of streamer
    • Happens on Wi-Fi and mobile data

    This makes PiP essentially unusable.
    Many users are reporting the same issue on social media, and it has never been properly fixed.

    Please acknowledge this as a known issue and provide a fix.

  15. Overlay chat whilst streaming from iphone

    Launch games from within the twitch app or otherwise allow an overlay of chat to be seen whilst streaming from iPhone.

    This wouldn’t need to be captured by screen capture. And would only suffice to give the streamer the ability to see chat live whilst streaming from iPhone. Which they could respond to via mic.

    Second possibility would be for chat to be captured by text to voice and heard by the streamer.

  16. iOS 26 - Twitch Home Screen widget shows no content on Clear or Tinted customization

    With the release of iOS 26, using anything other than the light or dark mode for customizations on the Home Screen leave the Twitch Widget with no content and white boxes.

  17. Remove combos

    Combos not only auto-use your bits without confirmation but also cover the screen with effects that will absolutely be used to harass streamers and chat. Additionally, you moved channel points and put this in its place. This is an unwanted, monetarily predatory harassment machine, and it should be stopped immediately.

  18. Give me the option to make the default Home Screen “following” instead of “live”. At least give me the option

    Automatically jumps to “live” and is extremely annoying, scrolling addicting like tik tok. We twitch users don’t like tik tok, we like long form of videos. At least give me the option to make my homepage “following” so I can avoid this scrolling addicted world of tik tok style vertical scrolling apps. It’s garbage

  19. Fix clips on mobile

    When I view the Clips page for a streamer it’s just a useless wallpapering of still images. Worse, the clips are unwatchable: they’re zoomed in, cropping out large parts of the original video, and chat is forced as an overlay. Please revert!
