This issue has been happening for years.
When watching Twitch on iPhone using Picture-in-Picture, playback stops randomly after a few minutes.
• Latest iOS
• Latest Twitch app
• Happens regardless of streamer
• Happens on Wi-Fi and mobile data
This makes PiP essentially unusable.
Many users are reporting the same issue on social media, and it has never been properly fixed.
Please acknowledge this as a known issue and provide a fix.

The same happens for me on iPadOS. Watching PiP while browsing the Twitch App works fine, but after switchting to a different App with PiP still running the Twitch App seams to crash in the background after a few seconds, resulting in the PiP to stop as well.
