Revert new app changes

Please revert these new changes made to the app. I can’t use the app properly anymore. When I open twitch I want to see my follow list, who’s on and what they are streaming, not some random stream that starts playing.
Also where did the “continue watching” list go? I can’t see it anywhere. Do I actually have to go through profiles and search through vods and try to remember which specific vid I was watching?
Wow! These new changes are a nightmare, please revert to the original format before I delete the app.

    Making the follower list not have the option to sort by viewers by default is atrocious. Completely forces me to abandon all my previous behaviour. It's like a 100% newly made app, and it sucks.

    The lack of "Continue watching" is an absolute dealbreaker. I will find other options until that returns.

    Everything about the update is awful; they couldn't even mange to use all the space in the main view (which is also much worse, just conceptually), and the amateurish solution is blurring. It is all horrible, but "Continue watching" is a must. I am astonished by how terrible this update is. "Grotesque" is the word that comes to mind.

    Please change the twitch app back to the original format. Or at least add an option in settings to view the twitch app in original or (OG) mode. Thank you.

    I have never in my life been do annoyed and frustrated with an update as i have with this one. Pleas for the love of everything get rid of the new update and interface. If I wanted a TikTok style app I would have gotten TikTok. I want the continue watching section back, and I don't want to be thrown on a random stream when I first open the app. Change it back or at least give me an option to change change it back in a setting of something.

    When I open an app, I don't want to immediately be dumped onto a stream, I would rather have a selection of options available to me. With the current UI, I can't see any of the stream titles of my follower streamers, see any of the vods I was recently watching, or pick a different tab for when I want to "discover" new streamers. The reasons that have made the Twitch app my primary viewing platform up until this point are all gone- it feels so frustrating not being able to engage with the streamers I want to engage with.

    Oh boy, where to begin.

    1.) If you didn't read the news, KOSA plans to squash auto-play in the near future. I wouldn't be surprised if GPP adopted this in the future as well. This is doing the opposite of future-proofing a platform that's been in the news for frivolous policy changes.

    2.) Ads format. If you plan to monetize this format, you're spinning up transcoding and CDN costs for something that's being widely panned. I hope you didn't sink any money into scoping or building this if it's going to get rolled back immediately.

    3.) Discovery. I get you're looking to use every 3rd or 4th interaction for a recommendation algo, but I don't think enough scoping was performed to understand how users interact with the platform. This is way too drastic a change and flies in the face of UX fundamentals. If you have an engaged user, you're making them tap and swipe several times unnecessarily.

    4.) Your contracts. It's no secret Amazon just got the NBA, and you've done a good job with the NFL on Twitch. Do you think this kind of discoverability will do well when the content cost nearly $2BN? If you plan to split how to navigate to NBA/NFL/normal streams that's already a nightmare and assumes an educated userbase just to use your flagship products. That's bad practice.

    Genuinely an absolutely terrible move, the app is now awful. Not sure why you want to be Tiktok but you were already doing good at being Twitch so stick with that and revert the new app homepage

    literally just made a stream elements command to link to this page to try and get people to vote the app back to its proper state. EFF this new ui.

    if anyone else wants to do the same to help the cause, heres what to type to add the command:
