Option to switch to the old ui or add new section Please give us an option to use the old ui. I hate the tik tok style and not being able to see a preview of the streams of the people I follow.
You could add the scrolling down to random streams in a new section instead of it taking over the home page, it could also be focused on sending you to small streamers you might enjoy instead of sending you to the big streamers which doesn't need assistance to get viewers.31 votes -
Restore Continue Watching to Twitch Mobile I was disappointed that you entirely removed Continue Watching from the iOS mobile app. I mainly go to Twitch for VODs, and it’s crazy to me that you removed the option to continue watching something.
My use case is that I mainly watch StarCraft tournaments on Twitch, which are multiple hours long. I work during the day and can’t watch them live, so I watch the VODs over the course of a few days.
I used to go to the Continue Watching section to pick up where I left off. But it’s gone now.
If it isn’t popular, I’m ok…

new update new update is terrible :((( i cannot see the full list of streamers i follow when they’re all live. why cap the limit to how many streamers we see? what about the smaller creators at the bottom that no one is seeing anymore…and i can’t be on the home page while watching another stream because the home page now plays streams even if you have another one up. please revert back

Scrolling on the new app is frustrating On the new app: I want to scroll down through the Home tab and the Browse tab but it keeps taking me sideways instead (From Live to Clips or from Categories to Live Channels).
I have to swipe upwards multiple times for it to scroll down.
Also, scrolling upwards on Following Channels dismisses the panel instead of scrolling
Please fix, thanks

Display ban reasons on mobile when someone is banned from a channel and a reason for the ban was added (/ban <user> <reason>) the reason isn't displayed on mobile twitch, even if it is displayed in browser.
this leads to multiple unban requests going "why was i banned" even when a clear reason was given, which wastes both the single unban request and the time of moderators, and disincentivises the use of the <reason>-feature.

STOP TRYING TO BE TIKTOK REVERT BACK TO THE OLD TWITCH LAYOUT. This is not TikTok. every app does NOT need to look like TikTok. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ASKED FOR TWITCH TO BE MORE LIKE TIKTOK. I don't want to discover new streamers at the moment. I don't want a random stream to start playing when I open the app. I WANT TO WATCH THE STREAMERS THAT I'M ALREADY FOLLOWING AND SUBSCRIBED TO! I WANT TO SEE THE LIST OF VODS THAT I'M TRYING TO FINISH! LISTEN TO YOUR USERS AND REVERT BACK TO THE OLD INTERFACE AND STOP TRYING TO BE LIKE TIKTOK!

The newest update to the Twitch mobile app is a nightmare. I don't want recommended streams thrown in my face while I'm scrolling through to find who I want to actually watch. I shouldn't have to go to a different section to find my list of live channels. Out of 6 live channels I had to scroll through the front screen 15 TIMES to find them all. I hate this, put it back.

Bug Report Re: Twitch iOS App v16.9
A bug is frequently encountered after latest update; when, opening emotes in chat window and rotating screen from portrait to landscape etc.
Bug causes app to freeze stream momentarily and almost crash, as app struggles to cache stream and rescale size of windows of stream and chat at same time, and both windows will also overlap, if screen is rotated back to upright position.

Going back to the old layout How about Twitch do the right thing and go back to the old layout, as the new user UI is rubbish. If I wanted a TikTok style layout, I would use their app. This just proves how out of touch Twitch are with their community, and now the app is not on my phone as I hate the new layout.

List Bring back the actual list that can be quickly glanced at seeing who is streaming, who's genius idea was it to get rid of that and have the cheek to say scrolling through one by one each individual streamer is quicker??? You've taken away the at a glance look to see who is streaming when looking who to raid!!!! Just wasted my time writing this, I'm not using Twitch till this is fixed. Latest update is trash!!!!

Using prime sub Please make it so users can use their prime sub through the Twitch app. It is extremely inconvenient doing it online. Most people these days use cell phones for everything. Trying to find a computer to apply a sub monthly is annoying.

Auto Rotate Android Landscape While in fullscreen mode: allow the stream to go from landscape to landscape flipped without having the 'auto rotate' Android setting on.
The YouTube app works this way and I find myself missing it more than I expected when using the Twitch app.
In case the above isn't clear...
1. Auto rotate is off
2. Full screen stream
3. Orient device to landscape
4. Rotate device 180° (flipped landscape)

Give the option back to make side icons invisible again The icons for subbing, bits, comments, and emotes stay on the side of the stream video now, even if you disable chat overlay. They are now a distracting feature that harms the enjoyment of a stream.

Revert the UI change on the mobile app Adding to the chorus of folks who want this mobile app (Android) change reverted. I don't want random streamers immediately on my screen when I open the mobile app. I want to easily see a list of the streams of channels I follow like I used to.
It shouldn't take extras steps to view channels you already follow. You're only harming those streamers by causing people to either be unable to find their streams or closing out the app altogether because no one wants this random auto playing feed of streamers they don't follow in their face.
