Will you let the console players have a way to add an overlay of the chat onto their screen please?

With alot of people streaming console and not have the money for such things like a gaming pc and a capture card, i think that it would be a great idea to add more creative way to spice up streaming on console by doing like overlays, custom camera size, and alerts... to basically help console stream have that taste of what have thing like OBS without having OBS

Plus having these things on like Twitch (Xbox & Playstation) will help alot of new developing streaming rise up and gain follower, viewer status and even reach thoses achievements on becoming affliate.

Allow us to add widgets and overlays like facecam, chat, notifications, upload custom sounds for those notifications.

This is a great and fair point, Overlays would help enhance the console streaming for the viewer and the streamer. Then we wouldn't have to worry about faulty extensions and other things to have it so that we can see a follow or sub.

Streaming directly from a console, it would be nice if there were an option to have overlays and effects for us playstation/xbox users like they have for pc users. We have to connect our consoles to the pc with extra equipment in order to be able to stream with cool effects for the camera and the video feed. It would be nice if we can have cool stuff like the pc players do, its the reason why their stream channels are more appealing and attract more viewers & Followers due to all the fancy lights, colors, animations, chatbots... etc.As a Playstation user, I am limited to a cutout effect for my camera and thats it. No cool colorful video borders, no animations... nothing. So I literally have to switch up my background, games, personality, extra.. Just to attract viewers and followers. Also, can you make it so that paypal isn't the only way you can receive payments? Not everyone has,can and or wants to use paypal. It would just be easier if we had option to receive payment directly to our bank accounts.

I completely agree with this!!! I'm on x1 and have had a large good number of followers just this past week. I feel so bad not being able to give a shout out or a welcome message to my followers. I think if there's a way to do it on console, that would be great because a lot of people who do play console do not plan on spending hundreds of dollars to make or buy a new pc when they've never played before or have the money atm.

i think for consoles like Xbox and PlayStation there should be a overlay setting where you can add overlays from a different device (so you can import a overlay from streamlabs to your Xbox and use it)

I think that there should be a way for a console user to run overlays for follows, donations, subs, etc. that is efficient and without necessarily needing a PC.

I do not know the logistics for this but I have run streamlabs from my computer while streaming on my PS4 and have had lag/trouble with the overlays running when some of my friends test by unfollowing and then following again.

Overlays are intriguing to the streamer just as much if not more than the viewer.

what if you guys made it so we can put pictures in our stream like if your on console no capture card we can just go to our twitch dash board and add a overlay like the pros it would be really cool and help the console community out a lot

While it's not impossible, console streamers (Without a PC and El Gato) are at a huge disadvantage. PC streamers have a plethora of customization options that aren't, as of right now, available for console players. Not all of us can afford PCs. I would like to see text overlays, image overlays, donation alerts, etc.

It feels like those who have the financial capability to buy a PC have an advantage in terms of stream quality, please work with console providers to give us the aforementioned functionalities so that console gamers have a more level playing field to stand on.
