Title: Twitch app on PS5 keeps crashing when watching or streaming

Description:
Hello Twitch Support,
I’ve been having this problem on the PS5 Twitch app for about 4 months now.
When I try to watch a streamer, the chat loads, but the video stays on a black screen with loading — then the app crashes.
The same thing happens when I try to start my own stream — it loads for a while and then crashes.

My internet connection is perfectly fine, and Twitch works normally on my phone and Xbox, but not on my PS5.
I even tried every possible fix, including resetting my PS5 completely, but nothing changed.

Please release a new update for the PS5 Twitch app — it hasn’t been updated since 2023, and several other users are having the same issue.
We really hope you can help us with this problem.
