PS4 Overlay Extension
please allow us to put overlay on PS4 and PS5. Make an app were it allows us to choose a overlay, create an overlay, place the overlay on out stream and allow chat to be on there by default or if we can take it off as well.

you can customize preset overlays (like you have on phone and whatever) but you can use it on your PS4
