Scrolling page. Hide the main broadcast when you scroll down the page when searching another channel.
With the old design it was more convenient to search for the channel on laptops with a screen diagonal of 15.6"1 vote -

Option to add thumbnails Adding thumbnails to streams would be a great way for many viewers to come across streams that might be of interest to them!

How do I remove LGBTQ+ filter from my suggested channel tags? How do I remove the LGBTQ+ filter from my suggested channel tags?
I really don't care, don't support, and don't want to see any LGBTQ+ tags in my Twitch space. I'm straight and such tags make me unsafe and anxious. I wish don't see any channels and any mentions of this community in my Twitch account - how could I do it?8 votes -

Virtualize the browse streams tab The website gets very laggy as you scroll down to the bottom of a large category and stream components are added to the dom.

Exclusion list of tags when browsing I love being able to browse when I'm bored, but I would love to see an option to exclude (and save) certain tags.
For example: "Sports game"
I know that I will never be interested in Sports games, so having the option to exclude those would be so much easier than clicking each and every sports game to go "Not interested".
Of course there would need to be an option to see and edit such a saved list, so people could remove tags from their exclusion list if they change their minds.205 votes -
Make it so you can filter by low to high Video Games (not channels) just like you can filter high to low To get to the low video games you have to browse downward for twenty minutes to half an hour and then by the time you click on a game with just one stream and finish with that one stream to find another one the streamers have often already logged off forcing you to waste another 20 minutes scrolling down to the bottom while it all loads. I just want a way to filter to the lowest viewed video games so I can discover new games and the streamers that love a game.

Make All Videos be All Videos, not just recent Right now if I go to a game directory section and click on the Videos tab, it will show All Videos by default.
The problem is that its not All Videos, Its like only recent videos from the past 30 to 90 days.
Change this to show All Videos, thanks

Filter by quality Filter by max quality allowed (e.g. 720p), so we don't have to waste our time trying to watch what we can't see because of buffering/slow internet connection.

Filterfunktionen Hey, unfortunately i just detected that it is no longer possible to change the filter from decreasing viewernumbers to increasing viewernumbers. Did the functions have been removed?
If so, I would like to see the old filtersystem, where you could see streams which just went live and also streams which have near to no viewers, which had a big impact of community-accessability in my opinion. i do not always want to look the 0.1% of big streamers, i want to find new gems and make new contacts. I dont to scroll for 5 minutes, to see new streams / streamers.

Browse Videos (Game) -> Sort By "Followed" When browsing videos of a particular game, viewing videos from channels I follow would be a simple way of catching up quickly on a scene that I'm interested in.
For example, I follow a number of DotA2 content producers -- when viewing recent broadcasts/streams/videos when I click on the "DoTa2" Category, sorting by "recent broadcasts by followed users" just makes sense.

feature allowing seaching only channels with "caption on" simply said, if twitch wants more non-English speaking viewers, a feature that allow seaching only channels with "caption on" is a must.

Browsing by broader categories Please add sub categories to the ASMR genre. They have as of right now 2.8 million followers and yet it's very difficult to find what specifically you're looking for because there's no real way to narrow things down.

Add a filter to sort by country I think many people is interested in watching streamers from their own country if possible, but if you try to search streamers sorting by country...well bad luck, that option doesn´t exist.
The best part of this idea, is that it doesn´t require a lot of work, because i 100% think Twitch already has data of streamers by country, so it is an inexpensive and easy idea to implement.36 votes -
Sort by Hours Played. Would inspire others to stream longer. Sort by Hours Played. Would inspire others to stream longer. Example would be a streamer who has been playing for many hours with little to no viewers have a chance to be noticed.

Add Scheduled Streams to Game's Browse Page Now that Twitch has in-platform scheduling, can we also have upcoming scheduled streams show up on the Browse page for specific games? This might require the initial development/implementation of the Calendar Schedule system being discussed.

Option to put Channels with mature content as hidden from directory. A option to not show channels with mature content filtered on could help out in some cases. Where if you toggle this option on, browsing through twitch, channels with mature content filtered on will not show up.
