  1. At present, only one prediction can be run at any point in time. Allowing for multiple predictions would allow more variety in predictions being set.

This idea came to be during a Project Zomboid stream, where, if permitted, we would have set the following predictions:

    1) Who will die first? (This is the main prediction we set in an MP server.)
    2) Who will find the most ingredients? (We would like to set this, so we can have a secondary goal in the stream.)
    3) Will (Channel) find a sledgehammer by end of stream?

    So on and so forth.

    That…

  2. I think it would be interesting to add the option of converting channel points from a channel to another. In my case, I have so many points in a channel that I have no interest in spending points, while there are other channels, which I spend more points, but I don't have many points

  3. Slow mode has the issue that you have to wait a fixed certain amount of time before being able to respond to another chatter or the streamer

If you could limit the messages per (minute or seconds) it would allow you to respond immediately while still preventing spam

you could also mix it, e.g. allow 4 messages per 60 seconds but you could set a 5 second cool down

  4. Permanently unlock emotes from streamers.

You regurarly turn in to multiple streams and want to use their emotes but can't afford paying for 10+ streamer subscriptions.
How about letting us unlock specific emotes for bits. You can unlock multiple emotes from the same streamer and multiple streamers but you pay bits for each single emote.

Since it's bits twitch gets a cut and the streamer gets a cut.

The downside might be that subscriptions loose a little value as they make the stream AD-Free AND unlocks the emotes but i don't think it would be to bad.

    Thanks for taking…

  5. For some reason chat replay for vods is not available in embedded experiences. Making chat replay possible for vods would make the embedded experiences better and richer.

  6. As a user, I would like to connect more with my favorite streamer or any other streamer I like. We could achieve this by implementing a voice donation button. This means my voice would be recorded through my phone's microphone and posted as a voice note so the streamer can hear my voice and connect more. This could generate monetary benefits. However, I understand that this could lead to abuse, harassment, or vulgarities. Therefore, artificial intelligence could be used. Just as there are AI systems that transcribe, there should be one that can establish context and identify which voice notes…

  7. Currently, the /followed command only tells the user the date they followed and the number of years they've followed for

To line this up better with 3rd-party verients and make it more practical, This should also include the number of months and days too, for example: "2 Years, 7 Months, and 10 days " instead of just "2 Years"

Bonus points if there's a non-intrusive way to share this, preferable without the user simply just saying "I did /followed and it's x amout of time"

Though twitch's implimentation is likely to just be something like /lurk does, which is effectively…

  8. Add to Twitch iPad the same Chat Overlay Customizations that the Twitch iPhone has.

On the iPhone Twitch app, while watching a stream, you can turn your phone to landscape mode, click settings, and there is an option to click Chat Overlay Customizations such as Adjust Overlay Opacity, change the chat vertical position, and chat horizontal position.

There is also an option on the iPhone to change the way the Chat Switching Shortcut button works to toggle between Chat Overlay, Column Chat, and No Chat. This feature is not on the iPad.

I like to chat in streams on my…

  9. I accidentally banned a normal chatter when banning a bot that was above them in chat and despite me unbanning them, they still got consequences from it (like getting a suspicious user warning on them in other channel's chats or any other things I may not be aware).

I'd love if there was an unban that wasn't a "second chance" to a user but a complete clear of a potential human error from a streamer which gave no consequences to the victim of the accidental ban!

  11. Okay so I think we're all aware Twitch says no to multi chat, I think it's a highly stupid and parasitic approach to maintain a healthy followership, let's face the facts, YouTube crushes Twitch.TV hands down in every feasible way in terms of daily use and volume. Twitches pie is shrinking, whether they or anyone else wants to say it, they now have competitors.

Why on earth isolate the YouTube community from participating in a live audience or any other platform for that matter. I for one would have never found twitch had it not been for YouTube nor 90%…

  12. The chat warning feature is useful but could use some tweaks.
    1) Show the fact that a warning was issued to a user in all moderator's chat feed (currently it only shows in the Mod Actions pane in moderator view).
    2) Multiple moderators can warn the same user. If a user is still under an unacknowledged warning, it make sense that the 2nd mod gets a "This user already has a warning they have not yet acknowledged" message or something similar. Since they can not chat until they acknowledge, it cannot be for a subsequent transgression anyway.

    edit: It also…

  13. We need a better way to handle all the "Best viewers on" and "Cheap viewers at" bots. So here's my proposal:

    1. Add the ability for a streamer and their mods to mark a viewer as "trusted", that way those viewers can put links in chat.
    2. A "trusted viewer" could have a channel-bound badge, similar to VIP, that could be customized like a Sub Badge.

    3. If someone not marked as "trusted" sends a message with an URL, it should not show their message to others but shown to mods with a note and ask them whether to Allow, Deny, or Report…

  14. would it be possible to have a moderator only chat integrated into mod view ? this is so moderators and the broadcaster can talk to each other if needed to help keep the community safe ? often mods especially in my channel ban people and the other mods are unaware of why it has happened etc i just think this could be a great feature if it was added ??

  15. A small streamer that I follow on Twitch only uses their native language, but needs help in reaching out to English speakers, since they have yet to learn English. I want a tool for international streamers from different countries, including South America and Mexico, that needs to be created in-house by Twitch, to allow their language translated into English, and for the chat to communicate in English, but can be translated into the native language for the streamers to see, without having to add a third-party tool. Also helpful, Twitch channels that were made to help reach out newcomers who…

  17. When chat is put into emote-only mode it says so above the chat input bar for everyone whenever it gets enabled. Clicking it shows the info box that explains what it is.
For subscriber-only mode, this message is shown to people that aren't subscribed and in follower-only mode it is shown to people that are currently not following.

Moderators bypass all of those restrictions but are only shown when emote-only chat is enabled in this way. It is easy to forget about chat being in follower-only mode after, for example, counteracting a bot raid with follower-only mode.

    For moderators it…

  19. Objective: Introduce a native, fully interactive, customizable full-screen chat overlay to enhance the Twitch user experience.

Current Issue: Third-party extensions for full-screen chat are not universally adopted, which leads streamers to embed chat in their broadcasts, detracting from the full-screen content experience.

    Proposed Feature:

A native, interactive full-screen chat overlay, adjustable for transparency and screen positioning.
The ability for viewers to toggle the chat overlay on/off based on personal viewing preferences.

    Key Advantages:

Delivers a seamless full-screen experience with interactive chat, a core part of Twitch's live-streaming.
Unifies the viewer experience across all streams, ensuring everyone can use the chat…

  20. When you raid another channel, viewers have the option to leave the raid. Sometimes they never have the option to raid out and are left behind, or maybe saw the channel was live in a directory and joined to an offline channel with no idea where they raided. The burden is left on the streamer or moderators to ensure the channel is linked in chat to notify anyone who missed out.

My request is to add UI that shows the channel that was recently, successfully raided to along with a clickable link. It can look like one of the existing…
