Even though it's easy enough to undo a timeout, a full and proper undo would be nice where it restores their deleted messages and removes the timeout from their record in the Mod Viewer Card. The same would make sense for a Ban too. Accidents happen. Even aside from accidents, a mod may have overstepped and another mod or the streamer may wish to rectify that in a more complete manner.

I'm all for expanding editor's capabilities, but no need to involve moderators. That's a separate kind of role.

I have not noticed this behavior. It only removes a single message from what I've seen. Timeouts and bans do purge their previous messages, though.

Hey all! Thanks for this thread. We recently deprecated anonymous Cheering after we discovered it was being abused. While we understand some viewers prefer not being recognized for Cheering, we made this change to ensure a safer experience for those who were negatively impacted.

To elaborate on RochelleK1994's message, that is only exposed through a browser extension. The default Twitch front-end does not expose that, even for mods.

I actually don't think it's a good idea to customize mod badges. That's something that should be globally recognizable.

I cannot verify because I do not have a mobile phone number. I use a VoIP phone number on my mobile phone and you do not accept VoIP numbers. There must be a better way to address the issue you are trying to solve.
My account is 13 years old, regularly used, and has never been suspended. I am also a mod in a few channels. In other words, my account is not the kind that warrants this kind of precaution. There must be reasonable exceptions that can be made.
As a mod, not only can I no longer privately message users which was always helpful for my duties, but I cannot even reply if they whisper me first. And there are surely people in the opposite scenario who need to whisper a mod but are unable to.
