Please provide an eventsub for pinned messages add/removal

We are still planning to support Pinned Chat eventually, but have no expected delivery date to share at this time.

As of 2026-05-17, there is no documented EventSub subscription type for messages getting (un-)pinned. Your link links to Helix, the Twitch API, not EventSub.

Ideally, this would be included in `channel.chat.notification`.

With the recent addition of pinned messages in the API, an event sub for this would be greatly appreciated also.

This was just added to the API, including the ability to add and remove pinned messages, but it requires moderator:manage:chat_messages or moderator:read:chat_messages which I understand for adding or removing but for just getting seems like overkill. If this gets added, can we please only require channel.chat.message? I don't understand why we would need to be a moderator when a regular user, even one who is not logged in, can see Pinned Messages.
