   Moderators need more dynamism. All chatbots use ! as a trigger for commands — nightbot doesn't require ! but does require the command to be expressed in chat — it would be nice if Twitch, in partnership with nightbot, streamelements or streamlabs, or itself... expanded the platform's native commands, such as those described in https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/chat-commands (example: /w /ban/ timeout and others), allowing chat commands to be invoked using / so that such commands don't appear in chat. 2. Linked Twitch and Steam Account Search

   Create an interface to allow mods to search for Twitch and Steam linked accounts. By agreeing to link them the users have already agreed to TOS. This would allow mods to better protect their channels by removing stream snipers easier, especially during events.

3. Accidently pressing Shield mode

   You could add an "Are you sure you'd like to use Shield Mode?", and or move it from the icons and make it a switch, or put it on the other side of the icons

4. banned people

   For whatever reason if streamer gets follow botted and you start banning them, they don't get banned. This has happened more than once, It isn't a case of not happening instantly but months no change. So this is something that needs fixing or improving.It would be great if was an option for block ban or suspend via shield mode if this happens. This could be used for raids or any circumstance where shield mode could be activated. Obviously for the bans suspensions, that would happen with activation but would be a confirm button to be safe. As shield mode can be easily activated by mistake.

7. Include the Delete Individual Message button in the menu that appears when you left-click a chatter's name on desktop

   When you're watching a stream that you moderate in normal viewer mode, if you click on the name of someone in chat, it shows 3 icons: Ban, Timeout, and Warn. Why is the Trash-Can button not on the list? It should be. It's just 1 button, and a very useful one. On mobile it shows up on the list. The only way to delete an individual message on desktop is to enable the "Show Mod-Buttons" option, which clutters up the chat and is easy to accidentally click. Please put the trashcan icon in the menu with the rest of the basic moderation buttons.

8. Filter warnings/timeouts/bans on usercard

   Let us filter between warnings, timeouts, and bans on the usercard. Currently we have to scroll through an entire log and pick out what warnings were for, and they get lost in the clutter for a channel that uses timeouts as rewards for channel point redemptions or community games. Warnings are great, but made nearly ineffective if untrackable in detail.

9. Add Romanian language to AutoMod

   Please allow us to set the AutoMod language to Romanian.

   Currently you cannot use words like "***"(Q U M you know the word, don't censor it here as well please) which means "how" in Romanian.

   Romanian streamers often have AutoMod ON by default which literally censors us from speaking our own language, in a Romanian stream.

    He recibido una primera suspensión el día que hubo un ban masivo en septiembre y me devolvieron la cuenta, después volví a recibir la misma suspensión y esta vez mi apelación fue rechazada, por qué? porque es monitoreado solo por IA y no revisan los casos como deberian ser, llevo meses intentando comunicarme con alguien real de twitch, pero es una completa pérdida de tiempo.

11. Disable followers

    Allow streamers to disable all new follows while shield mode is active. I have been botted multiple times and even with follower verification at Email and Phone, I've still gotten bot follows.

    я не понимаю, почему слово ПИЗДА на твиче может расцениваться как оскорбление женщины, но слово ХУЙ не может расчениваться как оскорбление мужчины... Меня впринципе тошнит от всех слов на букву Х, но почему-то это слово свободно используется повсеместно. Скажите, Твич осознанно продвигает идею ДИСКРИМИНАЦИИ ПО ПОЛОВОМУ ПРИЗНАКУ, или он просто незаметил этого МАЛЕНЬКОГО ДВОЙНОГО СТАНДАРТА????? или, может бы, вам весело, когда люди чувствуют себя угнетёнными? Или вы мужененавистники? Прошу внести слово ХУЙ в список запрещенных, если оно используется по отношению к мужскому полу, так же как и слово ПИЗДА. Потому что из-за этого многие считают слово ПИЗДА просто запретным словом и боятся это говорить, таким образом я вынуждена слышать слово ХУЙ каждые 5 секунд, потому что оно ни в каком смысле не является запретным. Это безумно сильно раздражает настолько, насколько это вообще возможно.

14. Add an option to end the stream on behalf of the streamer if they are unable to due to medical issues

    Please add an emergency option to immediately end the stream through a mod action in the event that the streamer has a medical emergency, i know this is an option for editors but there's not always one around, to prevent abuse of a stream ending system any moderator that initiates a stream end will have all moderator rights and access suspended until the streamer reinstates them

    At the top of the user card in mod view it currently shows, for example, "Tier 1 - Subbed for 3 Months". It would be helpful if this user card would show whether the user was the recipient of a gift sub or if they have purchased their own sub.

    Create and Manage Custom Moderator Roles with Configurable Permissions

    Currently, the moderation system on Twitch is somewhat limited: you can only differentiate between regular moderators, editors, and VIPs, without much granularity. My idea is to allow content creators to create multiple roles in order to better organize their moderation team and assign each role specific permissions.
    Example Roles

    Head Moderator: Has full access to all moderation features (ban, time-out, delete messages, edit stream title, etc.)
    Moderator+: Possesses most permissions but may not have access to critical options (e.g., managing roles or configuring alerts).
    Moderator: A standard role that can moderate chat (ban, time-out) but doesn’t have full access to channel settings.
    Test Moderator: A temporary or limited role, with fewer permissions (e.g., can delete messages but cannot ban).
    

    Permissions Functionality

    Ban/Timeout Permission: Enable or disable the ability to ban or time out users.
    Access Logs Permission: Enable or disable access to message history.
    Stream Title/Category Editing: Grant or restrict the ability to change channel information.
    Special Commands Permission (e.g., !commercial, !raid, etc.).
    Manage Other Moderators: Allow (or not) a moderator to manage the list of other moderators and their permissions.
    

    The goal is to provide fine-grained control for creators so they can adapt their team according to the size of their community and the level of trust they have in each moderator.
    Why This Is Valuable for Twitch

    Improved Security: Each role is clearly defined, preventing overly broad access when you don’t want to give someone full authority.
    Easier Channel Management: Hierarchizing the moderation team (Head Moderator > Moderator+ > Moderator > Test Moderator) provides a more professional team structure.
    Encouraging New Moderators: By having a “Test” or “Junior” role, you can gradually train volunteers without immediately granting them all moderation powers.
    

    The Little “Extra”

    Custom Role Badges: Each role could come with a unique badge visible in chat, identifying the Head Moderator, Moderator+, etc.
    Progression System: One-click promotions from a lower role to a higher role over time.
    Role History: An option to view a moderator’s role history for better oversight.
