Changing how / commands work So when typing a command such as /shoutout /shield will show-up first, when at /sh however shoutout is probably called a lot more commonly and was thinking perhaps sorting instead of alphabetically, but by what's most commonly called. Or even let people be able to adjust what they want higher.

Don't suddenly force users to need to verify their account to talk in all channels. Don't suddenly force users to need to verify their account to talk in all channels.
This happened to me today and now I'm left to just guess at when or if I will ever be able to talk in twitch chat again. I don't have a mobile phone, and I probably never will. Do not do this to people. If a channel doesn't have "verified accounts only" turned on, do not take that decision away from them.2 votes -
Moderator Status for Streamer What I would like to propose is a traffic light check in system for Mods. As a mod we should be able to signal the streamer whether we are available for the stream or not. This has 2 parts:
The option to signal in the stream schedule whether we will be around that day ahead of stream.
(And more importantly) A traffic light check in system for moderators during stream which is visible to both the streamer and the mods. Red: I am here but cannot mod right now. Orange: Lurking but Listening, able to jump in if needed, Green:…

Moderation for "Fraud" bans I won't name who, but there are Vtubers who continue to be particularly banned due to "Fraud". This is the third time in the past three months. They've been unbanned each time now.
It's obvious that either there's overzealous moderation happening here, or they're being targeted/being harrassed. Is there any way to look over the moderation for this type of thing? It affects streamers who're targeted by this type of thing when no fraud had occurred.

Twitch having an actual person review bans. Many of us streamers, whether vtuber or live cam, have suffered with the fact that twitch relies too heavily on their auto moderation system.
A system that clearly is easily abused by those that dislike the streamer and can bar off people who've done nothing wrong, from getting partner.
We also have the other end where people who do deserve to get banned, aren't getting banned. Many of us would like for either 1) twitch staff ( human, real life people) to go over the ban PROPERLY and THOROUGHLY, to make sure people aren't banned. 2) A means to get…

Add more topics in Reports It would be good to have an option to report Racism on Twitch, sometimes I see a lot of "disguised" messages in some streamers' chats and there is no way to report it because there is no correct option, causing the report to be denied, it is scary how many cases like this happen, and I believe that Twitch should pay more attention to these cases too.

Site-wide Ban For Specific Bot Messages These nezhna.com spam bots are out of control. I only stream for an hour or 2 and we get about 3 of these in chat every stream, under different twitch accounts. I know a handful of my friends who stream have also seen this.
The message is something like: "Your chat's so quiet, I can hear your viewers snoring. 😴 Wake them up with NEZHNA .COM @sXV25PHp" but there are variants. I have an automod phrase set but we still need to manually ban them. I feel like we shouldn't have to do that though.
Twitch should have some sort…

Mod view needs a widget/button to view the latest poll popout, just like the buttons for channel point redemptions, predictions, etc. Mod view needs a widget/button to view the latest poll popout, just like the buttons for channel point redemptions, predictions, etc.
Mods, Whispers, Reward Redemption Requests, Suspicious User Activity, Unban Requests, Predictions, Batch Reporting Tool... but no way to call up the poll popout with a click or two.

Report on Artificial Viewership Manipulation & Toxic Behavior Dear Twitch Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a streamer melaniejonas who is engaging in artificial viewership manipulation by using a significant number of bots in their streams. This individual maintains an average viewership of around 90 viewers, but in reality, only about 10 real people are watching. The rest are artificially generated bots, some of which are high-quality enough to appear in the viewer list.
Additionally, this streamer uses their fake statistics to belittle and mock smaller streamers. They claim they have never applied for partnership but openly state that when they do, they will ridicule smaller…

Moderation Helper aprogram Letting pepole for exmaple 16+ from other countrys then the USA apply and help answer mods question if they encounter someone talking example wise norwegian with understanding them. Google Translate cant always translate perfectly or see the context / know norwegian stuff this would also be a good way to improve moderation and maybe let younger pepole get a insight at how it is working for twitch.

Add Mod Icons To Individual User Info Panel Problem: It's common for chat to jump and a mod icon gets clicked by accident, causing unintended penalties for chatters. Turning off mod icons to prevent this leaves no good options for deleting or moderating comments quickly.
Suggested Solution: Add mod icons to the individual chat user info panel that opens when you click on their name in mod view chat. This pane doesn't scroll, so moderators can more easily target problematic comments and avoid misclicks.

Moderaters Twitch's moderators should be proactive. You should know your ToS better than anyone else and from what I can see you really don't seem to take the protection of minors seriously. There are regulations, standards and laws that should be adhered to but you blatantly ignore these issues. Predatory behavior and exposing minors to adult content by your users/streamers no matter how subtle or coercive just to undermine your weak ToS is still illegal and who can take action against them if not the relevant employees? Otherwise what the **** are they employed for, to put in the minimum effort…

Give streamers the option for ad-free viewing for moderators Moderators are a crucial part of keeping streamers, viewers, and the greater twitch community safe. They also help streamers run the show by clipping moments, starting polls or predictions, and using other tools to keep the community engaged. Unfortunately when we request our mods to do something, they can be stuck behind an ad break. For me and a ton of other streamers on the platform, we don't expect our moderators to subscribe and don't force it on them. They already do so much for us. I wanted to propose that we have the option to remove ad breaks from…

Two-phase mechanism to confirm the result of a prediction Announce the result as "provisional" without immediate point assignment, and a review window of a few minutes (like 3-5) to correct a potential error in the result. After the review period, if no issues are raised, the result is confirmed and points are automatically assigned

Loudness limiter It is getting INCREDIBLY old for streamers to do this thing where their normal voice is very low so you have to crank up your volume and then they have sound alerts/etc. that are maxxed out on volume to the point of clipping and then heavily compressed to sound even louder. There either needs to be some kind of noise level gating or just an outright ban on blowing out peoples' ears. I shouldn't get hearing damage from watching a twitch stream.

Invisible Commands for Moderators Moderators need more dynamism. All chatbots use ! as a trigger for commands — nightbot doesn't require ! but does require the command to be expressed in chat — it would be nice if Twitch, in partnership with nightbot, streamelements or streamlabs, or itself... expanded the platform's native commands, such as those described in https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/chat-commands (example: /w /ban/ timeout and others), allowing chat commands to be invoked using / so that such commands don't appear in chat. Therefore, allowing a command to be developed using / instead of ! to improve live interactions regarding moderators' actions in relation to external…

Ban Hasan Piker Twitch,
we've had it now.You banned Hasan Piker, whom you love so much you threw him a birthday party. Then you unbanned him in 1 day for calling for the death of a sitting US Senator. It was more of a minimal suspension, after all, he said he should have said it was "in Minecraft." That would not hold up in court. He is also on record saying the US deserves 9/11, celebrating dead Israeli babies on video, siding with Russia (that is legal unfortunately), celebrating a cop getting shot, celebrating the death of Queen Elizabeth, calling Tibetan culture…

The Hasan Problem Its seems clear to everyone that Hasan Piker or @HasanAbi is openly a problem for this site. Its clear moderation towards his content despite the fact he openly calls for violence and regularly endorses Terrorism on his streams he is given a pass for some reason. When you say people should kill an sitting member of government, live on stream, you openly do so becasuse you know the rules don't matter to you.
He is actively making this site a worse place, and one day his streams, his words will eventually lead to someone acting on his words. For the…
