hi i am concerned about the amount of gossip that is being spread associated with twitchcon "assault" and now people are starting a me too type drama. i feel like there should be some sort of guidelines and publicity statement regarding an outreach and try and get support for streamers who feel unsafe or who are having issues with security or relationship problems with other streamers so they can get the help they need to reduce the gossip mongering. i think that when there is actual fear regarding going to twitchcons and now other possible publicity stunts and gossip that it creates a hostile environment in the streams and the chats and should not necessarily be prohibited but it should be guided in an appropriate sphere and maybe some form of rules about it.
