Dear customer service, I participated in the ongoing DOOM:The Dark Ages live broadcast on Twitch, which drops rewards for one hour of watching. However, I insist on watching the live broadcast of this game channel for one or two hours every day. Why is there no reminder of the event drop rewards? Because since May 13, this reward drop has been malfunctioning and has not been fixed yet. I can't see the progress of my watching the live broadcast and get the DOOM Slayer guard skin redemption code. I am not the only one who has this problem. I can't now tell the players in the DOOM game community who were persuaded by me to participate in the event. They are very sad that the drop malfunction has not been fixed.
