Abuse of DMCA system of claims violating live-streams (they receive a notification and get banned immediately that creates possibilities of unfair abuse). At the same time DMCA agents have poor qualification and when they receive a counter-notification they behave as they want instead reminding a claimer that only a COURT can solve DMCA rights abused or not. Youtube has better system - when you claim on someone and receive a counter- notification you have 10 days to sent Youtube agent a proof that you are starting a procedure in Court otherwise your content is safe. Please fix this difference.
