fix youtube clip exports being incredibly loud
When I export a clip to youtube using the twitch tool, the audio of the final youtube short becomes incredibly loud and sounds awful, they are basically unwatchable.
twitch clip with normal volume - https://www.twitch.tv/darrellsbar/clip/FlaccidSourBillPhilosoraptor-NmY1Vgb0xTmh9fOO
exported, unwatchable short with ridiculously high gain - WARNING, INCREDIBLY LOUD https://www.youtube.com/shorts/TE-ff8w7Dpw
