We need a Food and Drink Club!

Food brings people together in more ways than any other category. We are multicultural, feeding each other across this globe through Twitch. We teach each other about our cultures, share our skills and using this diversity to help broaden our understanding of this world and each other.

Food is a legacy that we pass on from generation to generation and we are passing this on through Twitch.

    Food and drink section on twitch is fun way to get recipes and ideas out to the public . And show people how to do many food related things and help people out with questions

    Food&Drink has so much potential. There are so many great opportunities to interact with, share information and connect with others from different culinary backgrounds. Spending time in this part of the community has given me so much inspiration and has made me a better cook/baker all around. I am excited to see F&D have it's own club!

    We should create a club for something that touches every single one of us, every day food and drink. Not just as sustenance, but as a powerful connector, a universal language, and an incredible tool for building community.
    At its core, food is something we all need to survive. But beyond that, it’s something we share across cultures, backgrounds, and borders. Highlighting and promoting food and drink on our online platform is more than just showcasing recipes or favorite spots. It's about creating spaces where stories are shared, traditions are honored, and new ideas are born.
    When we use food and drink to tell stories, we break down barriers. We build trust. We open doors to conversations that might not happen otherwise. A shared meal or even a shared memory of a favorite dish has the power to unite us.
    And in that process, we create opportunities for lifelong learning. Learning about each other, about cultures we’ve never visited, and about the evolving ways people express identity through what they eat and drink.
    By promoting this on our platform, we’re not just curating content. We’re cultivating connection. We’re saying: “Come as you are. Share what you love. Learn something new.” Because at the end of the day, no matter who we are, we all need food and drink to survive and we all deserve a place at the table.
    Let’s make that table bigger, together.

    This club is very important to me and my partner who watches some Twitch with me! Kehnara is a perfect fit too. Have learned much from her incredible guidance just lurking in stream, if there is more opportunity to mass learn, it would be a shame to pass on it! With a lack of the understanding of food and specifically the safety aspects of it, learning from people so well versed in the field who is happy and willing to teach is INCREDIBLE!! Thank you for getting this going Kehnara, and thank you Twitch to consider this!
