Just had an incredibly frustrating example of how much they are NOT READING SUPPORT TICKETS BEFORE FLINGING GENERIC EMAILS AT PEOPLE.
I got this garbage generic email that I've already seen a half a dozen times before:
Try refreshing the page or updating the app if you're using a mobile or desktop app. It may be a temporary issue with fetching your current subscription status.
Confirm your Turbo subscription has not recently expired.
Check if you are using an alternate Twitch player? Alternate players may not correctly login to your Twitch account to retrieve your Turbo status.
Try to disable any ad blocker you're using. We believe there may be a conflict with some ad blockers which is causing the issue.
Try another browser, as some may have ad blockers built in.I literally already addressed those points IN THE SUPPORT TICKET because I already knew all the generic advice didn't fix my problem, and yet they sent that garbage anyway! The support people who do this are doing such a bad job they should be FIRED! This is so annoying!!!

Twitch support is just the worst. I have been having serious issues in the past with them, with things that happened in general on the site and a serious huge one being done in a DM that i have been reporting, things that were definitely against the terms and community guidelines but have they ever done anything about it? Have they ever done anything about that channel from a streamer who has been threatening me? Not at all. They seriously don't care about their own terms, don't care about their own community guidelines, don't care about the community at all. In the last over a year probably i have been sending them dozens of mails for issues i had, but the only thing they can do is having a pc do the talking and just send automated mails with so called solutions that doesn't even has anything to do at all with those issues your facing. The info being sent is totaly useless. Now they are even trying to get it this far to get my account in trouble so they can take everything away from me, take away the money on my account, take away subs (if i had any running atleast) and off-board me from affiliate because of a stupid new EU tax regulation where i can't even do that interview with the following reasons that i need to enter a my password and then a verification code is being sent to a number i cancelled a year ago so don't have access to anymore. I cannot do much at all that way. Wanting to log in at another browser is impossible because once i enter my password, a verification code is being sent to an inaccessible phonenumber that probably someone else is using now cause numbers not being used or has been cancelled are recycled and given to new ppl. My new phonenumber i'm using right now is set in my account so why even sending verification codes to a sms backup number instead of the new one. I have been sending them a mail a few days ago to pass on this issue, but an automated mail was being send again with useless info in it. The next day i sent them a mail again telling i wanted to speak with a REAL human instead of getting automated mails, where they answered fairly quick that i had to install an authenticator, again useless info cause i had one installed on my old phone, one that got broken to pieces long time ago, so that aint no option when i need verification codes for everything i'm trying to do. So once again i sent them a mail back to tell them again the real issue i have, now they don't even answer anymore. U know what they say, time is money but the way they are doing and taking their time, they are not gonna get money very soon. Calling them overseas is expensive so i woulnd't even bother to do that. They have to act as a normal support and being there for the community and not just being a bunch of AI or bots sitting there.
Sorry if this was a bit to much to read, but i just had to say this. Everyone is allowed to know the truth. -

If humans are reading at all, they're not being given enough time to read carefully, or respond specifically. Yeah, it could be just an expert system. It asked for a screen capture of something that needed no visuals, was entirely text-based.
This is sad. Twitch hosts some great content, but leaves content providers vulnerable to trolls. A 24/7 movie channel was (and under a new name still is) running only movies that passed the Hays Code.
The Hays Code is more strict in every way than are Twitch terms of service. Yet Twitch accepted the claim by an obvious troll that ISO74 was running content that violated ToS.
So no one is being served well. What is Twitch doing with their 50% of all subscriptions?
