Request for Viewer Points Comparison Feature Hello Twitch Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I'm a dedicated Twitch viewer and I wanted to express my enthusiasm for the platform. I have been enjoying the interactive elements like channel points, which add a lot of fun and engagement to the viewing experience.
I wanted to suggest a feature that I believe would enhance the community aspect even further. Alerts for redeeming channel points As a streamer I often miss places and redemptions for channel points while im fighting a boss. But I never miss a follow, subscribe, raids or bits because I have loud alerts to tell me when it happens. I think all streamers could appreciate the option to set a short sound alert for each channel point in the channel point edit selection. Like a box you can check to add an alert to that specific reward redemption so streamers dont have to go way back in chat or in the feed to look for them or in my case remind…

Watch streak freezes We need to be able to receive "freezes", just like in duolingo, you can miss one day/stream and still be able to continue with your streak. It is a bit harsh having a high watch streak and miss one then you have to start over.
For example: you could give one "freeze" for every 10 streams/days you watch. And then you could perhaps be able to store up to 3 freezes, then you would be able to miss 3 days/streams consecutively without losing your streak.

Allow creators to change the channel point sub bonus ratios Currently
Tier 1 = 1.2x
Tier 2 = 1.4x
Tier 3 = 2xBut every stream values subs differently and has different rewards in channel points. It would make sense for us to have control over how much each tier gets.

"Mark All as Complete" option for a channel point reward I'm a moderator for a relatively large channel that used a channel points reward to integrate with a crowd control mod, and the reward was redeemed some thousands of times over the course of two streams. To get these out of the queue would take hours of refreshing the reward queue page (which displays only 100 of one reward at once) with an autoclicker on, or deleting the reward and replacing it with a new one. Neither of these seem particularly optimal, but a button to mark all as complete would nullify the issue—though it is of course a minor…

Enable/Disable Multiple Channel Point Redemptions at Once In the creator dashboard, under Viewer Rewards / Channel Points / Manage Rewards and Challenges, it would be fantastic if we could have the ability to organize Custom Rewards in groups, and be able to enable or disable entire groups of rewards at once with one click instead of enabling or disabling each individual reward. This would be especially useful for anyone with content-specific or limited-time, event redemptions.

Tracking/Reporting on Community Challenge Donations I'm running a Community Challenge where I will give people bot points to match the channel points they donate to the challenge. In the chat it will display the total number of points they donated to the challenge, but not the number of points they JUST donated to the challenge. This is making it difficult to keep track of what new points have been donated by each user.
Please enhance the message in the chat to include something like "FunTwitchUser just donated 50 channel points to the community challenge and has donated a total of 1340 channel points" Right now…

Watch Streak notification removal from the Channel rewards Pop up for Viewers Hey, my Idea is rather simple. Give the viewers the possibility to hide the "Watch Streak" notification. It takes up ALOT of space in the Channel Rewards Section.
PS: i checked the recommendation of disabling it in the Channel points section of the Dashboard, but thinking about it, that is not an option every streamer wants to take and the watch streak notification in that section is rather useless anyway.

Forecast (prognostic) winners should have their channel points won not coming from the pool of the forecast loosers. When a lot of people forecast the same option, or there aren't many people forecasting, the winners of the prognostic just win a very very small amount of channel points. I think that the channel point won must not come from the pool of the channel points bet by the loosers. This modality ensure to everyone who win a bet to have an amount oh points won directly proportional to the points he bet and so there will not be any other situation in which no one wins points even if he won the bet. Think about it please!

Channel Points For Different Sub Tiers Right now, there are only badges and additional channel point accumulations to incentivize Tier 2 and 3 subs, plus whatever the streamer builds in as rewards, but I would love to add a third benefit to this list, that would also help streamers. Having the ability to assign different channel point redeems to different sub tiers would be a great tool to be able to take a system that is already well known, and add to it, without having to find 3rd party outlets to incorporate. Restore stream streak Restoring the stream streak by adding at least 48 hours to rest it. Definitely need more time to restore the streak. Should have other ways to restore stream streak. Instead of everyday streak couldn't we just do weekly streaks or monthly streaks. Fix the streak on the mobile as well. I watch at least 5mins on mobile and it doesn't count most of the time.

Raffle or Giveaway A giveaway even that you can enter with channel points. Customization on the number of entries and cost of entry. This allows Streamers to do raffles for their bigger fans.

The channel points button is not seen in fullscreen mode. Make the channel points button usable while in full screen mode while viewing a channel. As it is, we can't be in full screen for this.

Preset Multiple Choice Options Just looking to simplify the rewards system with some preset options in a multiple choice setup as a way to mitigate some of the confusion and misunderstandings from typos and missing info when redeeming rewards that only have a few options to choose from

Smart Costs The Smart Costs function that is available for standard rewards should also be available for custom rewards.
Ideally, this should also be extended to include other things such as the length of the text when "Viewer must enter text" is active.
Would be super practical if you combined this with tts or generally play sounds and these are spammed.

channel point redeem groups I would love the ability to tie similar redeems to a group to share a global cooldown. Example: i have two redeems thats change my model both on 5min cooldowns. If someone redeems one it starts a timer on my side but if someone redeems the other during that it is lost.
Basically i'd like a redeem "group" so if any redeem is made in the group, all redeems in the group are put on cooldown.

Posting links through only channel points Allow the feature that links can only be posted through channel points. If someone were to post a link in the normal chat, it would not go through, however if they post it through a channel point redemption, it would go through.
This feature would really benefit streamers that allow their viewers to use channel points to request videos to watch, if someone sends a link through normal chat it would not go through but if they send it through the channel point reward it would go through.

Moderators (or editors) have access to Twitch Panels, Emotes, Badges, etc. I work as a graphic designer for a streamer who exclusively likes to focus on his streams and content. It's a pain for him to have to deal with updating panels, emotes, badges, channel points, etc.
Could Twitch provide access to mods & editors to do that kind of work?

Channel points improvements A couple of ideas to improve the way channel points work.
Ability to group rewards, and possibility to bulk enable or disable them by group / use case would be if the streamer has rewards that are tied to a game, such as selecting a character, so they can easily switch available rewards when they stop playing
More API control over channel points (change active and inactive rewards, approve or decline rewards).
Possibility to manually reward viewers with channel points, change modifiers for subs / VIPs, etc.
Adding possibility to add cooldowns to redemptions
