Incorrect Turbo message/link when attempting to renew after a failed payment When using Amazon Pay for Twitch Turbo, if the autorenewal fails, and you attempt to renew again via the subscribe to Turbo button, it will tell you to go to the Apple iOS app store to fix your subscription instead of telling you to fix your amazon payment method that was used. (This is with never using the apple app store to purchase Turbo, and not currently having any twitch subscriptions through apple)

cant change payout method in almost a month i haven't been able to update payout method in almost a month submitted tickets but no responses only the automated here's your ticket number and than nothing not even any updates or email responses letting me know its being worked on.

Add back PagSeguro to the list of payment methods in Brazil PagSeguro was removed from the list of payment methods for subs and bits for absolutely no reason in Brazil. It must be put back RIGHT AWAY, because it is the only payment method where we do not have to pay additional taxes upon buying subs and bits, especially now that SUBtember is going on. Twitch will lose a big lot of audience if this insane decision is kept, so add back PagSeguro as a payment method immediately. Thanks in advance.

Create a wallet for Twitch earnings When streamers earn money from bits, subs, and ads, introduce an option to deposit these earnings into a Twitch Wallet instead of directly into a debit account. This wallet could be used to cover subscription fees and bits purchases on the platform. Implementing this feature could reduce the need for pay-out thresholds and might offer potential tax benefits if the money remains on the platform.

Turn Off Auto Renew Sub I'm going to stop subbing if it's going to auto renew. I like to randomly sub to people to show support, and now twitch auto renews those subs without me choosing to do so.
Please make that something you can choose to turn off as DEFAULT

Please change your payment processor to other than Xsolla Your old payment processor was working flawlessly. I don't know why you've changed it. Now with Xsolla, We can't use some of Turkey's most used Banks' credit cards. Please add Google Pay, iyzico(Amazon Turkey uses this payment processor) or another payment processor that works better than Xsolla in Turkey

Help Switzerland with TWINT Hello,
As a Swiss resident I would like what they requested in 2020. In Switzerland we don't use PayPal, among us inhabitants it has never been integrated into the culture, and I don't think it will ever be integrated. We are Switzerland, imagine if the population would accept to move to PayPal hahaha :D.

Send valuable plain text messages and make sure the plain text part contains the same information as the HTML part I set all my subscriptions to not renew automatically. When a subscription expires, I receive a notification by e-mail. However, since I read my e-mail in plain text (as it was meant from the beginning), I can not determine from the content of the plain text part, which sub has just expired.
The mail is sent in Dutch. Why? I don't know. I never asked for Twitch mails to be localized. Anyway, it reads:
"Bedankt dat u ons een kans heeft gegeven. Deze e-mail bevestigt dat uw abonnement op Tier 1 - 3 Month Subscription - NL is verlopen."

Twitch Wallet Needs to be directly Fundable Currently, the Twitch Wallet contains a gift card balance and a link to a payment method. Making purchases via the gift card balance is great! But buying gift cards has become too hard because gift card fraud is so prevalent (today's attempt took literally 12 hours to sort out and unfreeze accounts that locked as a result).

Bank app confirmation I recently had a problem with account getting hacked trough third party and I'd like to get bank app confirmation added. To be more thorough, when you're paying for anything at Twitch(subs, Bits etc.) you should approve the payment through your bank app(most of banks have those nowadays). This will reduce the risk of people being robbed by hackers/abusers. Also, payments should not be considered as invoices but as regular payments(account to account).

There needs to be more security before the purchase is processed There should be more security, because you click one button and it's bought without any confirmation. There should be more security like your password and token if 2 step verification is on, to prevent accidental purchases.

there is no way to use saved amount on AmazonPay to gift Twitch gift subscriptions or even to get yourself a Subscription. I have an amount saved up on my AmazonPay and tried to use this before having to use my debit card/ credit card and there is no way for this to be taken from the amount saved on AmazonPay first. For example I wanted to gift a subscription to another person and would of rathered use my saved amount that was on AmazonPay which I loaded with my debit card. Allow the use of twitch income balance to pay for subs/bits on other streams Many of us small streamers have collected balances below the payout threshold. That money is basically useless and sits for months (or even years) and can't be used. There should be a way to use that balance even if it is locked within the platform.
If there was a way to use that payout balance to buy subs/bits it would allow smaller streamers to benefit even from just a few subs/bits spent on their stream and encourage them to sub to more streams. I know I would buy more subs if I could use that balance first. I would also…
