  1. Please change your payment processor to other than Xsolla

    Your old payment processor was working flawlessly. I don't know why you've changed it. Now with Xsolla, We can't use some of Turkey's most used Banks' credit cards. Please add Google Pay, iyzico(Amazon Turkey uses this payment processor) or another payment processor that works better than Xsolla in Turkey

  2. GDPR Breach

    During checkout twitch states that it may use a saved payment information for reoccurring bills, but there is consent or even mention that the current one time payment method will be stored long term. (Beside record keeping which is not the full payment information, even the linked privacy notice does not mention, which would also be against GDPR as it forbids bundled consent with general terms)

    This is against GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(F).

  3. Add Card tokenisation.

    Auto renew doesn't work sincetokenisation is required for any subscriptions in my country because of regulations.
    I'm not sure how you can't add this basic feature for years.
    Amazon already uses it so why not twitch?

  4. Bank app confirmation

    I recently had a problem with account getting hacked trough third party and I'd like to get bank app confirmation added. To be more thorough, when you're paying for anything at Twitch(subs, Bits etc.) you should approve the payment through your bank app(most of banks have those nowadays). This will reduce the risk of people being robbed by hackers/abusers. Also, payments should not be considered as invoices but as regular payments(account to account).

  6. Informer lors de changement de paiement

    Si Twitch pouvait prévenir quand une méthode de paiement est supprimée, j'ai acheté un PaySafeCard d'un montant de 75CHF pour rien....
