  1. cant change payout method in almost a month

    i haven't been able to update payout method in almost a month submitted tickets but no responses only the automated here's your ticket number and than nothing not even any updates or email responses letting me know its being worked on.

  2. Incorrect Turbo message/link when attempting to renew after a failed payment

    When using Amazon Pay for Twitch Turbo, if the autorenewal fails, and you attempt to renew again via the subscribe to Turbo button, it will tell you to go to the Apple iOS app store to fix your subscription instead of telling you to fix your amazon payment method that was used. (This is with never using the apple app store to purchase Turbo, and not currently having any twitch subscriptions through apple)

    TLDR
    Amazon Pay payment method autorenewal failed.
    Attempt to re-subscribe to Twitch Turbo.
    Twitch website tells you to go to the Apple iOS app store to fix…

  3. Purchasing problems with history of gifting subs

    The Software Engineer quality has dropped for Twitch. I know because I was once interviewed for a position many years back. The quality has dropped significantly, and you may want to evaluate who is working here. AWS is already a laughingstock in the developer community, just look on HackerNews, everyone in Silicon Valley knows what a joke this company is. Fix your ******* **** and stop preventing me from giving you money morons. Otherwise I will take my business elsewhere, like YouTube.

  4. amazon pay

    amazon pay would be my choice, but as a german i get directed to .com instead of .de so i cant use my already existing german account/payment

    pls let me pay with my german account

    and probably a problem for other countries too

    why offer amazon pay for europe when you need a .com payment
