Add back PagSeguro to the list of payment methods in Brazil
PagSeguro was removed from the list of payment methods for subs and bits for absolutely no reason in Brazil. It must be put back RIGHT AWAY, because it is the only payment method where we do not have to pay additional taxes upon buying subs and bits, especially now that SUBtember is going on. Twitch will lose a big lot of audience if this insane decision is kept, so add back PagSeguro as a payment method immediately. Thanks in advance.
